Had a mobile order got to the window was told to park in spot a sat there for 10 minutes. Then I finally went in after everybody around us got their food except for us they said they didn’t have my order made us a new order and when I went out to the car and looked everything was wrong. Still in my order. Very disappointing. Second day in a row. They’ve screwed up orders and had to wait for over 15 mins

Went here for lunch, long lines which you expect at lunch. Had to wait in a parking space for our meal as did about 10 other cars. That is ridiculous, you know it’s lunch time prepare for the crowd you know you are going to get. With that said, my burgers were dried out, the rolls were burnt. You would think them being that busy that the food would be fresh, not the case here. Such a disappointment all around, service, food, and quality. One would think with all the competition out there you would raise your standards to keep the customers, but I guess not. You need to do better McDonalds. You could learn a lot from Chick-fil-a, on service, quality of food and speed!!

Why am I waiting in a parking spot for 20 mins for my food? Every other car that came through the drive was told to park and 5-6 cars that parked after us got their food before we got ours.

If you don't mind waiting 40 minutes for your food, then go to this location. Everything was made but a chicken sandwich. Which we agreed to wait 3 minutes for to cook. 37 minutes later the food is brought out and the person bringing it gave our happy meal to another customer who lied and said it was theirs. after telling the person on the grill a plain cheeseburger 3 times, we finally get to leave. Unfortunately we had frozen and cold groceries in the car that were no longer cold nor frozen when we got home. We just need to stop going to this location because last time we got burnt food and trips before missing food.

RUDE AND SLOW!!!!! We were the only ones in the drive through we wait for over 15 minutes for our food and after that our food was COLD and she over charged us for a coke and gave the biggest attitude
They are very low staffed. And take forever to complete orders. I waited a half hour for a mobile order and my ice cream was pretty much melted. Didn’t even apologize for the wait. Very uncalled for.

Took 15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. There was a full crew. No excuse. This store is not a fast food restaurant.. I get faster service at any of the diners in the area. I wasn't impressed with te green yolk in my egg either. Now I remember why I don't come to this store.

I went to McDonald’s on Carlisle St Hanover PA for breakfast and they did not have any FORKS! I had to use 2 straws like chopsticks! Manager told me to call corporate!
