This was the worst experience I have had at a McDonald's. Did a curbside pickup through the app at 6:09 pm. I finally walked into the resturant at 6:35pm as everyone was waiting for there orders. My order was sitting on the counter and the tag read 6:11pm. I told the rest of those waiting to go in if they want their food. Needless to say my quarter pounder cold, fries cold soda no straw. Never going back to this location. Spent my entire lunch waiting for lunch and it was inedible

Been here hundreds of times. Service is okay and I rarely have an issue with incorrect orders now.

Ordered inside a few weeks ago and got a 20 piece , fry and drink . Asked the girl if everything was in the bag she said yes . Probably my fault for not opening the containers since I know people can’t read or follow instructions on a screen . Got home and had two boxes , one was a 10 piece , the other was an empty box . Called the store and left a message about it because I at least wanted the money back for the missing 10 piece and no one bothered to contact after trying twice . Also be careful with your kids in the play area , seen two dead roaches while waiting for the order .

Terrible all the way around. Last two orders have been messed up with onions on both sandwiches that were ordered plain and the grill order tag was on the sandwich wrapper. So just can't read or comprehend English. Also charged for a wrong meal and when asked to replace the meal with the correct meal the manager did with no interest in refunding the difference in price. $2-$3 difference. Management is terrible. Get it together.

Place a mobile order and they will cancel it to keep from making it. Then when you ask what happened they will play stupid saying they don't know what happened. Worthless and lazy in my opinion
