Waited 50 whole minutes for food because they bumped it off the screen before making it and they lost the slip. Then the food was sloppy. Manager did not even apologize. Terrible terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location or food place in general.

We started at this store while in Hanover for groceries. We walked in and waited at the counter for at least 7 mins, in that time 4 employees walked past us or looked at us and kept going. The store literally looked like a hurricane hit it. Supplies laying all over the counter and floor at the front, watching employees walk around everything to get past all the supplies was funny but not funny being ignored at the counter so we left.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THERE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES THAT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EAT AT.

I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:20 (breakfast ends at 10:29) I pull up to the drive through at 10:31 and they tell me they can’t do the order cuz breakfast ends at 10:30… they say I’ll get a refund on my card in a few hours. Just looked today (3 days later) and they charged me the $16 Maybe I’m misunderstanding the order ahead app concept. But I surely it’s not, take peoples money and return nothing.

The absolute WORST McDonald's. They always CANCEL my order when I order delivery. In person they take FOREVER. The manager is always yelling at workers and even customers. PATHETIC! This location is being reported to corporate.

Hard-working crew. I witnessed a lady snap at a young man ( I think a manager ) and he answered respectfully and continued to help his people and go above and beyond for the customers. Amazing workers and fast.

me and my friend went to dine in and a younger, but still older guy was asking us how our school day was (we’re both girls) and literally followed us around the store until we left. felt really uncomfortable and it’s hard to speak up about your comfort in those situations as a young woman. why follow a customer around the store first of all, especially considering we’re underage and you’re not!!
