Order took way to long for 2 hamburgers and 1 cheeseburger. Order was incorrect, received 1 hamburger and 2 cheeseburgers. They were dry and disgusting. Soda barley had ice and tasted like it has been sitting melting. Horrible.

Sat for 25 minutes in the parking lot waiting on two happy meals. Went in and they didn't have my order despite having paid for it. Don't push people through the drive through into parking spots if you're going to forget about them.

I will not be eating here again anytime soon. The trash was overflowing, the tables and floors were dirty. There was what I assume to be a manager yelling. There was a guy in the fry area/back in shorts and a muscle shirt, girls in crocks. I get it high schoolers work here but managers need to step up and do what they are supposed to do

Going to ignore that the air-conditioning was busted but also the playground area inside was kinda yucky and there were ants over by the soda machines 😬 I was told there usually isn't air flow in the indoor play area anyways. My order got mixed up into someone else's at drive-thu. Seemed like a lot of new hires on a busy day. I have a feeling the person infront of me was charged for my order and I wasn't. So I handed the person who walked my order out enough cash to cover it. Whether it went into the drawer or a pocket it doesn't matter bc everyone was having a hard day. Just void the order, it was paid for anyways just by the wrong person 😬

Got a triple cheeseburger and no third patty, fries were raw and my bun was hard. Completely disgusting food and incompetent employees that can’t do anything right.
Threatened my friend over the phone with a police officer because he asked how much a hamburger was.

Wish I could leave no star This McDonald’s sucks, order double quarter and 20pc nugget after ordering they parked me . I then sat in the parking spot for 20 min waiting for food After all that waiting Nuggets came out cold they suck at there job

Today July 3rd 2025 my wife and I went to McDonalds on Eisenhower Dr. I go there almost every day. Placed our order and was given a small cup. I was supposed to get a medium cup. I ask for a medium cup and was given one. Unfortunately I spilled my medium cup and ask if I could get another cup. She said I could only get a small cup because I spilled my drink. The gentleman next to me told them his fries we could. The same person told him he was only getting half the amount of fries because he ate half his fries he would only get half a fry. You have lost my business because of that arrogant front end person. There are many fast food restaurants in Hanover. Not just McDonald’s. Two days ago they have me 1 less nuggets than I was supposed to get. Just absolutely pathetic. Good by and good luck

Extremely slow, every day they have two lines backed out into the middle of the street at any time of day, takes forever to get the food, then when you do it's cold and tastes like 💩, owner's need to buckle down on this location it's seriously the worst McDonald's in town
