During my lunch break from work I ordered and paid for a meal deal with a mcdouble. As soon as I got back to work I realized that I had no mcdouble and couldn't leave work to get my order fixed. It's ashame that they can't get everything into the bag............

The manager with no name tag who's African american was rude!!!! PUT CUSTOMERS IN THEIR PLACE . Infront of the entire restaurant. Plus not dressed in work clothes in flannels and a dew rag on his head very unprofessional

Extremely disappointed!!!! This is probably the worse McDonald’s ever! Who is in charge for making sure delivery orders have EVERYTHING IN THE DANG ON BAG!??? Continuously forgets the straws, forgets the sauce, but to have food delivered to my door step and NO NUGGETS IN THE HAPPY MEAL BOX!!!! You have got to be kidding me! Smh!!!!!! Now my 7 year old is upset smh! Thanks for absolutely nothing.

The dining room doors were locked in the middle of the day. People were obviously enjoying food inside. There was no sign on the door or explanation as to why they were locked. No one picked up the phone after 3 calls over 15 minutes.

We placed a order at 11:55 am ,never got food until 12:20 pm, if the wife didn't go and ask about our order, we would still be there waiting, then the tray sat on the counter for about 5 minutes until they gave it to the wife ,very poor management and training.

Waited 28 mins for my curbside before going in, ask where it is, and get it thrown at me, like I was the one inconveniencing them, when I'm now late for work and the food is nearly ice cold. Extremely rude, and terrible service.

Threw away $50 worth of food yesterday because it was discusting and inedible, after trying them again against my better judgment... I am done with McDonald's, as of late, actually since the Pandemic, any and all food I got there has been AT BEST barely edible, no matter the location. VERY expensive, you can get a full meal at local diners for less, consistent slow (why does it consistently take more than 5 minutes for 2 microwaved Cheeseburgers, at $5, even when they're not busy), but at least everything is MTO, well, that's Microwaved To Order, I haven't seen an actual working grill at a McDonald's in years. Too bad, used to be my first choice for fast food, now I rather go hungry...
