It varies.. Sometimes you get great employees that are courteous and other times you get rude employees that seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. The same goes for the orders, if you luck out and get the nice employees, you typically get everything you paid for but, on the contrary if you get the rude ones, you can pretty much guarantee that you'll be missing at least 1 if not more items from your order that you've already paid for..

The team there is always smiling and making sure you have what you ordered. The kiosk stinks. Always problems. I like people getting my order, not some dumb machine. I hope it's not true that you plan to take away people for a dumb ass machine. Any fast food that does that will never see me again!
