I am giving this a 1 star for my breakfast, please review all your food, this should never come out of the kitchen like this, biscuit was hard like really hard and egg was hard and dry, and they still gave it to me like this.

On February 27th 2024 I stopped at Mc Donald's on the San Souci parkway. We ordered a chicken sandwich and two large fries. In addition, two large drinks. We took the food home however on the way we started eating the bone chilling cold fries that were only half filled. If I wanted small fries I would have ordered small fries. We got home to find out the chicken sandwich had no sauce on it. The sandwich was bone dry also. I called Mc Donald's at their number and a girl answered I said I was just there and the problems I had. She immediately became defensive and said the fries were made fresh and the sandwich doesn't come with any sauce on it. I asked to speak with the manager she stated I am the manager in a very cocky voice... I said it should be resolved and I said then I'll call back tomorrow. It's pretty bad since the last time they asked us to move up to the next window and forgot about us for 15 minutes. I literally had to go in and get the food that was bagged up on the counter. They never said I had to come in and get it this time we refused to move up and be forgotten about. If you have a drive up window then don't make people come in for the food. I will be contacting McDonald's corporate and getting in touch with the franchise owners to let them know how I was treated both at the store and on the phone. My advice don't go there. I'm done with that McDonald's.

I went inside to get a shamrock shake.The people inside were busy filling orders from the drive through and pickup orders.They saw me standing at the counter but never asked if they could help me.After about 10 to 12 minutes a young girl asked if she could help me and said she was sorry I had to wait so long.

The manager for night shift is a total joke & a complete waste of space for a manager. She needs to be trained properly or get out of the fast food business. Can't handle pressure very well. & will kick people off the drive thru line because she's incompetent of taking peoples orders correctly.

i’m just want to know why it’s “doordash only” here some late nights and other late nights it’s not. it’s kinda annoying and the girl was rude about it too, we just wanted 2 drinks.

Their app wasnt letting me login. It was the app that was broken. They also forgot t straw. They didnt handle my energy very well but they tried with what they could so I’ll give them a 4 of 5. Amen.
