Our server was excellent. We enjoyed an appetizer of lightly breaded shrimp, onions, and peppers with marinara and a ranch dressing dipping sauces.
Also an spinach artichoke dip with fresh, warm pita chips. Both apps were very good.
My wife enjoyed her steak gorganzola, and I made my own pasta dish with rigatoni, 3cheese marinara sauce, served with 3 good-sized
meatballs. I like their meatballs. They're firm, but fork tender to cut.

Restaurant is very clean and well kept. Server was prompt. No suggestive selling? Tell me what your favorite appetizers, drinks and desserts are all about. Chicken parm was A little over cooked. Chicken Alfredo was good. Spinach dip was good but bread chips were tough. Hostess was friendly. Bathrooms spotless .

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchair. Wide doors and low tables available.

The service was great. We had a large party. They kept up with drinks and checked our table multiple times. My food was very salty. My husbands food was over cooked pasta and steak. No real olive oil to dip the bread in. Salty rolls. The salad was cold and crisp. The deserts were fantastic.

It’s 6:49 feb14 2025 north Hanover pa Olive Garden I know it’s Valentine’s Day so it’s gonna be busy but when there is 4 girls standing at the desk doing nothing playing on there phones laughing carrying on all spots for pickup are full cars are wrapped around the building sad people that could be helping push out orders standing around goofing off I drove around in circles, waiting for a spot to open up for 10 minutes and there was cars park all over around the lot with flashers on waiting for spots to open I hope the store owner sees the review and reviews the cameras very unprofessional

Our waitress Mona Lisa was lovely friendly.Helpful considerate kind and efficient. She was swamped but she was managing to catch up. The days of olive garden being a decent restaurant even on a commercial level are over. Everything was just bland and mush and for people maybe, that don't like any flavor in their food. apologies, but I have to review it like I see it.

Wait is ridiculous! 7 in our party and they have seated 21 people ahead of us. When we questioned the hostess she gave an attitude and said they were busy. I work in Retail and hospitality and this is un acceptable! My business colleges are not going to return after this service. We can't get an answer to why so many are being seated ahead of us. Now it's 27 people since started this rant.

Waited 20 minutes at a table and never saw a server. Left before seeing anyone other than a hostess.

Apparently, screaming kids are a part of the normal family atmosphere is acceptable to the general manager. We were not given an opportunity to move to another table. We were just told by the manager on duty. This is what it is. We are a family atmosphere and the general manager is completely agreed on this. So take your hard earned money somewhere else if you would like normal quiet dining I will not be coming back to this restaurant anytime soon If you want McDonald’s or Burger King atmosphere, this is the place to go to if you would like a sit down restaurant restaurant please go somewhere else
