Well this has to be the worst Panera in the entire county. Ordered two coffees from the drive-thru. We were in line over 20 mins. We eventually left because there had been no movement. Dear Panera ... Learn to park cars or get rid of your drive thru!!!

It’s 9:22 in the morning. I was the second car in line at 9:02. I’m still waiting for my bagel. If I hadn’t pulled so closely to the car in front of me, I would’ve left by now. I finally et my bagel at 9:25. The guy that handed me my bag has the dirtiest nails I’ve ever seen. I will not buy food here again because I don’t want that touching my food and this bagel will go in the trash. Clean hands and nails should be a requirement when handling food!

Went in ordered my food at the self order and sat down. Got a text that my food was ready. Went to the counter to find an old lady confused sticking her finger on my sandwich before walking away with it. Asked them about my food they couldn’t find it because an old lady left with it. Then she walks back saying she didn’t touch the food after taking it. I’m obviously frustrated at this point and then the lady behind the counter gets aggressive with me and tells me that they are doing the best they can and will remake my food. She continues to raise her voice and at this time I just requested a full refund and walked out without my meal. Never coming back again. This is the second time I had an issue at this place the first time they didn’t notify me my food was ready and it sat and got cold.

Sometimes it is a hit or miss at this location. I could be the only person in line at 8am and it still takes 10 mins after ordering to wait for a bagel and treat. Other then wait times staff is usually friendly and helpful.
