The creams are delicious, the bread is very fresh because it is very soft. The place is warm and comforts you for a cool day with a hot coffee or chai tea. We were served by an employee named Chuck who was very friendly, smiling and helpful, it is rare to find American people with that empathy.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp.

Went for dinner to try new menu. Food quality as always was excellent. The service, especially Donna who took our order was fantastic. Knows the new menu and advised of bakery discounts. Very passionate about servicing customers. All the staff was very nice. Store was well kept.Looking forward to returning to try other new items on menu.

Terrible experience here last night. Order taker was very slow, beverage disepesers in the rear of the store were unlabeled as to their contents. Women's bathroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels. Who is checking on these things?Vegetarian options: sparse

This Panera has pleasant staff and the food is good. I am offering a poor service review due to a recent experience with the store manager. In December, Panera was offering a promotion for an extra $10 gift card with the purchase of $50 gift cards. I made the $50 gift card purchase and was told that they were out of the promotional $10 gift cards. I asked how then they would compensate me. The cashier had no idea and she brought the manager to speak with me. During that conversation, he told me that they were obtaining additional promotional cards from another store and he would mail the promotional card to me. I gave him the contact info/address and he gave me his business card.I never received the promotional card. I emailed him to ask the status and have never received an answer. This is poor management and unfair to the staff as they offer good examples of service unlike their manager. I will not buy gift cards from Panera again.....false promises.

Apparently bagels must not be bread as they did not have any at 12.30 on Friday .After ordering HOT tea found out the water was tepid. Tried the coffee just warm.Person who took the order was not paying any attention.The place used to be run pretty good to . Shame!

Worst service I’ve had. Was waiting at the cashier for 15 minutes while the staff continued their conversation knowing I was there. Made eye contact with several of them and they actively ignored me. Management should reevaluate their employees.

I swear every time I come in here my order is wrong or something missing today I ordered a Mobil order and I got a margarita pizza and it’s missing the basil if I didn’t want basil I wouldn’t gotten a cheese pizza I pay 12 for a pizza and they still get it mixed up next time don’t have it where u can order it if you can’t make it

I have been to this location many times; and just recently I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck! He is the team lead and obviously for very good reason. He was super helpful explaining new ordering combos to save money! He is probably one of the most positive people I’ve met. He went above and beyond to help an elderly couple with their order, giving suggestions and listing choices. You just don’t get that kind of service anywhere else.

We stopped here to have lunch with the kids and was pleasantly surprised at the welcome and service from the team leader Chuck at the register , we love to eat at Panera's but this visit was outstanding . Chuck recommended and explained the menu to the Grandkids and us with patience and knowledgeKid-friendliness: The kids loved the visit , because the Team leader explained the menu and was patient with them...
