Papa John's needs to stop using doordash and other delivery services. I gave clear instructions for delivery, both to Papa John's and doordash. Food was left outside in 20 degree weather to get cold. No phone call nothing. Unacceptable! Have better communication with who you are going to outsource too or just stop outsourcing.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. First of all when I opened the box the pizza didn't even look good, it just looked rubbery and didn't even look real. Then I took a bite, the pizza had no flavor at all. The sauce looked watered down and the toppings were scarce, cheese barely covered the nasty looking thing. I ate about a half of a slice before I decided to throw the whole pizza in the garbage and call Dominos for a pizza that actually had some flavor and looked like real pizza. I used to like Papa John's but I won't ever eat that junk again

I ordered a thin pizza crust with pepperoni n extra sauce delivery guy was very cool that delivered my order but the pizza is horrible eating a cardboard box 📦 I'm very very disappointed

Great pizza, I recommend the stuffed crust. Also I didnt catch her name but the blonde girl who works there was very friendly and professional! She deserves a raise.
Horrible nasty. 1st Off This is a takeout place only there is no inside seating. so by the time you get home, your pizza is cold and rubbery. But if you happen to live close, and the pizza is still warm when you get home or eat it in the car, whatever your preference there is no flavor. I got the plain pizza, Garlic bread, stuffed crust, horrible They gave you a margarine, not butter, dipping sauce, and for those of us who love butter know the difference between butter and margarine. Apparently, Papa John’s does not and think we are idiots. It was so disgusting. My pizza made it to the garbage to eat his own out there.

We were told the delivery would be in 55 minutes & they got it to us in less than 30 minutes ? we love Papa Johns!! Always have always will. Food is always Awesome!! & I don't have to sit in a restaurant to eat it. I know a lot of places deliver now but if you want great pizza fast go with Papa Johns.
