We were told that they don’t serve tap water and were forced to purchase bottled water. Additionally, the food seemed pricey to me for small portions. I would have liked to return, but don’t like to feel like I am being taken advantage of.

Service was friendly. Food very bland.The disinfectant used to clean up the tables doesn't mix well while eating dinner. Very potent. Disgusting scent.

Extremely overpriced! I ordered the pho and it had very little meat. Very small portion, no cilantro with the pho order. Ordered a water and was charged for it. Definitely taking advantage of the fact they are the only show in town.

Food is flavorless and pales in comparison to PHO in the Baltimore/Washington metro area. Food safety is not a priority here. Check out the disgusting, undercooked wonton shrimp I recieved.

I highly recommend this location. I went there tonight for my anniversary and they are very kind, professional and the food taste amazing. The atmosphere is very up beat. I liked the music and the colorful lights and decorations are beautiful to look at. I was greeted Right away and taken to a table. The menu has many options and they are happy to explain any dishes if you are unfamiliar or a first time customer. You can not go wrong with the fruit smoothies. They have one of the freshest fruit smoothies in all of York. The price is a bit high however it is 100% worth it. I hope that my review inspires people to pay them a visit. My husband had their beef fried rice and said it's the hands down best fried rice he has had in all of Hanover. We have been waiting for months for this location to open up and I'm so happy that I got to spend tonight enjoying a very deliousicus meal and experience.

Hands down one of the best places to get pho. My toddler, partner and I absolutely enjoyed everything we ordered. (Spring rolls, brisket pho and shrimp and veggie with noodles) recommend the brisket pho!? Will go again!
Their vegetarian spring rolls were the best I've ever had! We also had vermicelli bowls. Mine had lots of good veggies. My guest had one with shrimp, beef, & chicken. If you've never eaten Vietnamese food, the staff will give you great recommendations.There are waterfalls, lanterns, & more to set the mood. It's very Zen. Just a note, it is a bit pricey. $$ - $$$. If it had been $ - $$, I would have rated it 5 stars.Vegetarian options: The staff will be glad to help you pick a vegetarian dish you will enjoy. They recommended 2 to me, and I enjoyed both.Dietary restrictions: I'm a vegan, but the staff did a great job recommending dishes to me that I enjoyed. Just ask, they'll be glad to accommodate your dietary needs.

Quit over charging! Every time the bill comes it is more than the cost of the food ordered plus 6% tax. I normally don't say anything. I'd imagine many of us don't and we need to speak up! This owner isn't stupid by any means, he knows exactly what he's doing. Ripping off my 16 year old kid forces me to speak up. A #3 at 13.99, a bottle of water, and 6% sales tax does not equate to just shy of $20. Shame on you, sir.

The food here is awesome! Definitely spicy, so not for weaklings lol, and everythings so favorfull and fresh! 10/10! I want to come here every week! The place is so clean and beautiful too, the fish are nice to watch

The inside of this restaurant is nice. Has a nice concept so you don't feel like you are sitting on top of anybody else. The weight staff and the people that work there also seem really friendly and fast to get your order.We got Thai tea with Boba, a shrimp, spring roll meal, and noodles. From other Thai beverages with Boba this one had good flavor it was overly sweet, but the Boba was overcooked. It wasn't chewy at all and it kind of melted or crumbled in your mouth . The seafood noodles that I got were OK, just didn't seem like a lot of flavor or pop of flavor. This is coming from judging it compared to other places that I have tried similar to this restaurant. The other dish that we got was also just OK again there wasn't a lot of flavor or umami in the dish. I can't wait to see how they grow and improve their flavors.
