This BBQ is amazing! I had the vegan butternut squash tacos. Hopefully, they keep these on the menu because they were deliciously flavorful. The mac and cheese is also amazing. The people who run the truck are the nicest folks. Definitely will be back. Check them out!
The pit beef sandwich was amazing. Each bite was better than the last. Got an order of hush puppies which were delicious. If you are in the Hanover area, be sure to stop by Pinky’s in The Markets at Hanover!
My Fiancé is a big Pinky’s BBQ fan. He raves about their meats and frequently buys bbq pork or brisket. I’m not a meat eater and they accommodated me by putting together some very delicious pulled chicken tacos at Smokin in th Grove—- they put on all the right stuff!! I also stole a tiny piece of pulled brisket— perfection. Thanks Pinky and Dave
