The older lady is very rude. Always has an attitude if you ask for extra butter. I get extra butter at any pretzel place and never encountered any questions, hesitation, or rudeness for this request.

If you are ethnic and not caucasian, they may think you can't read English if you ask a question about the display. There are other pretzels shops (like Revonah Pretzel) that have fantastic pretzels and are not racist.
