Pretzel Lady has literally THE BEST pretzel sandwich you will ever find!! 100% recommended buying 2 for every one you plan to eat because you will want more, so it's best just to buy a whole bag so you don't have to go back for more.

The older lady is very rude to non-whites. Always has an attitude if you ask for extra butter. I get extra butter at any pretzel place and never encountered any questions, hesitation, or rudeness for this request.
Orangeade is normally good, but today, it tasted like dirty dish water.

If you are ethnic and not caucasian, they may think you can't read English if you ask a question about the display. There are other pretzels shops (like Revonah Pretzel) that have fantastic pretzels and are not racist.
