I used Door Dash to have lunch delivered. With a little tweaking to a few things (prices are pretty high, delivery took well over an hour), I think this place can score big in Hanover. That said: I hope Pretzel Pizza Cafe gives Hanover a chance, & Hanover does the same. We need a cool little joint like this in our town! Best of luck to the owners, we’ll definitely be returning! :)

Dropped in randomly looking for lunch. Didn't realize it was all pretzel buns haha. But was surprised and it was fun. The turkey club and fries were v good. New addiction unlocked haha.
They were also friendly and knowledgeable about my food allergies and knew their ingredients well. Will be back.

The service was very slow. I got my whole order slowly but it took 23 minutes for French fries when there was no other guests in the building. The employee that was working register was eating the whole time over the fryer and kitchen area. When guest entered she did not wash her hands before interacting with guests. Also, no one in my family was blown away about anything we ate.

My Dad and I went here tonight as a final goodbye before they close officially on the 5th.I took my Dad to their original location for Father's Day many years ago and we would go back regularly through the years, even as they moved.Well tonight, I got to see a first hand glimpse into the downfall of the business, along with reading others reviews and business responses to reviews.Guests around us didn't get food that they ordered and had to go up to ask for refunds or ask for it to be packaged to go. Our wings we ordered were brought out MUCH later than the rest of our food, I was actually at the counter to ask about them (as we finished our pizza and boli) as they were finished being made.Despite being charged $10 for the Monster Shake still, which is to come in a Mason Jar you can take with you, I received mine in a plastic, throw away cup.None of the tables were being cleaned and were quite gross. We used a napkin to wipe away what we could.I'm certainly sad to see a place we've gone to for years go but I do hope the owner and staff can find their footing elsewhere and on a better note.

Crab meat looked and tasted terrible. There was a BONE in the cheesesteak sub. Never recommend this

Waited 31 mins, kitchen staff arguing with Mgr, doesn't seem well organized at 12 noon, maybe evening is better with more

Ordered on DoorDash and my boli was not delivered with the rest of my items. I called about 6 minutes after close and the manager answered and said it was left behind. His name was Jake, and he was so kind and helpful. He drove it the entire way to New Oxford after they closed. Definitely needs some extra recognition for going above and beyond for customers and having amazing customer service.

We had never been here before, so finally got a chance to try it. We ordered the pizza special 2 large 2 topping pizza’s. The crab pizza was good and the pepperoni with extra cheese was ok, but the sauce was kinda like a marinara which was unusual to me. My son ordered 4 scoops of graham central station ice cream which he devoured, and the wife and I split the strawberry cheesecake shake, which because we got it to go, I don’t think was as good as if you get in the restaurant. Plenty to choose from on the menu so I’m sure we will be back!

Both times i have gone here to get pretzel pizza and the dough base has been undercooked. At least in my opinion it was. Ice cream and the mac bowls they had were
