I had a curb side pick up and while waiting i could view the inside when they had it open. It looks like a good place for family and sport's lovers to watch the tvs while eatting.The food i ordered was amazing. Had the burger and loaded fries. I enjoyed it that i would love to come back and try sitting inside and see how it is instead of picking it up and go.

Ordered carry out, the girl dropped my food, had to be remade. Was told I would get the meals comped bc of waiting. 3 days later when the payment goes through on my bank statement, you guessed it, nothing comped. What a joke, the manager should be fired for blatantly lying to my face, twice

Compared to other Primanti Bros. we go to regularly, this location was just ok. This is based on a single visit on a Saturday in Hanover PA. Maybe staff isn't used to seeing many customers? Our server was kind and friendly. The food took a long time and we did not see our server until after it had arrived. She refilled our drinks. We did not see her again until after our meals were finished when she brought us a check and cleared the dishes. Our fries were undercooked and chicken was overcooked to the point of being tough and dry. The sauce was incorrect (asked for buffalo ranch, got bacon tomato ranch). We were in a bit of a hurry so we didn't bother waiting more than a few minutes. Once we realized she wasn't to be found and the other servers were discussing their tips at the bar, we just ate. Clearly shift change + busy was not a time to go. We will probably give them a go again this lacrosse season and I'll update my review.

Cheese steak bomb was more of a bread with meat stuffed in it had very light cheese is any at all, the cherry lime drunk duck tasted more like cherry flavored water. Service wise I had to ask for a dose of coleslaw when I ordered my food and when my food came out only issue I had other then that she did a great job. Not impressed should have gone to the first place

Late afternoon lunch. Greated and seated in bar area. Barmaid turned out to be our server. Handling the bar and serving is never a good combo on a Sunday .The cheese steak bomb with fries looked great on the menue, but missed it's Mark. Too much bun versus meat ratio and the fries were just ok..Had a side of cheese sauce for fries dipping that was very thin .

The permitted Brothers in Hanover Pennsylvania has a bartender that doesn't know what she's doing and if she gets into trouble outside of work she makes false allegations about people that's around that she's seen inside and she does not belong behind her name is amber she does not belong being a bartender she's disrespectful arrogant and she makes false allegations about people that's not true and tries to throw people out that didn't do nothing wrong to her or anyone else

They always bring out what you didn't order. This time it's been 4 straight in a row. Brought out wrong order, takes it back, don't get to eat at the same time as everyone else. Don't even offer to adjust bill. And on other sandwiches once you remove the coleslaw that you don't want, it's difficult to find enough of the turkey to cover the sandwich. Do better. It's a nice restaurant, nice people.

Nice place to eat with family and friends. The waitress needs to listen to the drink order. When a second drink is ordered of the same one it should be in the same size glass and not in a smaller glass.
