I have been coming here consistently for a few weeks during my lunch break for pick up. When I went in this week, i ordered the crab legs. I was there on time and checked in. After 15 minutes no one came out (this happens often, whatever not the biggest deal) but I went inside as more time passed. When I got inside there was not an employee in sight. I sat at the bar and waited for someone. Finally a server came out for her table and noticed me sitting at the bar and asked if she could help me. I told her I checked in for my pick up order that was 15 minutes late and she said they’re probably still working on it. She came back out with my food and I drove the five minutes to my work. When I opened it the broccoli was hard and undercooked with no flavor. The crab legs were room temperature and some of it was completely COLD! So basically I paid $30 for late service just for my food to be inedible. I sent red lobster and email about this issue but I still have not gotten a response. I don’t understand how it took an extra I would say 20 minutes past the 25 minutes I waited for the food and it was cold?!?! And there were only two tables with maybe 3 people at them so it’s not like they were slammed?!? I think this might be the last time I go to red lobster.

The food was a little too salty. Food came out fast and warm, not hot. The bathroom for men and women has not been dusted in months. And it was very dirty; had not been cleaned in days or weeks. Our waiter was very professional and attentive. Overall, it was a decent experience. Only one lady out of three at the hostess station said goodnight back to my wife. It made us feel some-type-of-way; like they didn't care

Overall, good experience. The lobster topped potato is incredible, broccoli was bangin', lobster tail was BUSSIN'. That being said, both the pasta and sirloin steak were begging for salt and spices.

Cheddar bay biscuits were the star of the show as always. 🤌🤌🤌

Last visit was pleasant the food was ok however in this location has been slipping over the years our server was. Efficient just did not have a friendly table side manner the only complaint I have and I understand these things happen but I think the salad should have been properly rinsed to avoid similar situations I had a huge price of what looked like a corner of a plastic bag that the salad must have came in mixed in with my food and had to pull it out of my mouth glad I caught it and did not swallow this i think should have been handled a bit differently considering I almost coughed up a lung in the process as I was removing the plastic from my mouth and it was quite obvious that the salad mix had not been rinsed scince being removed from the bag all the restaurant was willing to do was remove the salad from my bill and ask if I would like another because this is the second time I found there was an incident I found something inedible in my salad at the same location

We ordered carry out. The lobster was still raw and our "well done" steaks were broody and rare. My steak had a hair in it so I returned the meals. Very dissatisfying!
