Management and food are great! The young staff is prone to making mistakes, as they are learning. But Management makes any mistake up to you, or replaces the item with the correct one. The food is delicious and the best pizza in 100 mile radius! All the sides and subs are great too! When you're order is correct and goes smoothly (99% of the time) it's amazing food! And when the young staff does make a mistake, they always make it up to, either that same day or a later date. We've got a family of 5, 4 of us are men, we order a lot when we do (fairly often) And they have made 2 mistakes in the last 23 years that actually affected one of our meals. And they fixed the mistake that same night! Management is very fair and cares how their people are doing their jobs. Great staple of Hanover! This shop was open when I moved here in 1993, and they are still there today! Reason? They're great!
Parking: Probably room for 20 cars and a drive thru too! So no need to even park on a takeout order!

3 years a go I through these guys a 4 star review but the quality has dropped significantly, so I'm changing it to a 1. It's gone down hill so much that my family refuses to eat there. It's a real shame.
