The only thing that was good were the fries… the smash burgers were ok. But not worth $10. Chicken tenders were weird. My ranch had a slice in it so I didn’t trust it. Also my sprite tasted like sparkling water??? $30 for that is disappointing.

I've given this place MULTIPLE chances to get even one single thing right. Everytime i go to this location something is wrong in the order or the food is ice cold. This time was the tipping point. We were forgotten about and waited over fifteen minutes for our order to come out (stall 4) and when it did the order was wrong the food was cold and the drinks tasted like they were sitting for awhile because they probably were! I asked 3-5 times to NOT put chilli on my cheese tots because I wanted JUST cheese tots and not a chilli cheese tot. They came out twice and each time was wrong. Blows my mind. I asked two times for the franchise owners phone number and both times were met with silence or eye rolls.
Absolutely ridiculous and a stain on the sonic brand name. I am from Texas where Sonic is everywhere and it's great! I sadly expected the same quality of food and service here and was let down drastically. Very unfortunate and I will advise others to stay away.

Frustrating ordering staff was clueless and equipment was poor quality but food was good. The speaker wasn't operating correctly or they are normally horrible because I had to repeat everything and I'm loud. The girl took our order and assumed we were in the drive thru but we parked in a stall. Our payment wouldn't go thru so we had to call back multiple times to get someone. Finally corrected our location then said they'd sent someone out to fix the credit card machine. Took 2 more calls for help for someone to come out. I would have drove away but my husband wanted to stay. Food was correct and good at least. Maybe its just a staffing issue.

Very rude messed up order 2 each time having to.wait over 20 minutes for the order then scoffed at me for bringing it to there attention that the order was still wrong .. an refund takes up to 3 days to come back would not recommend this establishment.

placed a mobile order and drove there and checked in, went through the drive through waited there for a few minutes before I was asked why I was there.. got my drinks and then around 25 minutes go by with worker cashing and handing out food to multiple cars behind me and then asked again why I was sitting at the window before the worker finally handed me my food which was SITTING right next to the window.. food was cold.. tasted greasy and just definitely not worth getting one combo and 3 other things on the dollar menu for over $20. should’ve gotten a refund.. never coming back.

Stopped yesterday. Food took 30 minutes. Brought the wrong order. Said they would fix it and bring the correct order, of course didn't get my order, had to go. And tge kicker, gave them 15$ for a 12,50 tab and they refused to give change !! Theft !
