Just got 3 caramel Frappuccinos... asked specifically for no drizzle on the sides, extra drizzle at the bottom. All 3 drinks were made with drizzle on the sides, virtually no drizzle visible at the bottom. When it was brought to their attention that the drinks were made incorrectly, the rude girl behind the counter said "there's some st the bottom" to which I replied, "ya, a little bit, if you look really hard." She just stared at me silently for a good 30 seconds. I said "are we going to do anything to correct this?" And she continued to stare silently. Even McDonald's will fix an incorrect order, and I'm not spending $20 for 3 drinks at McDonald's.Pretty abysmal service, abysmal attitude, drinks were garbage. I'd recommend going to a different Starbucks where the staff are more competent and less rude.As you can tell from the photos, there's "technically" some drizzle at the bottom, but certainly not "extra" like I ordered.

Bad service and unorganized. they forgot my order and I had to keep reminding them what I got. When I told them I needed cream cheese and a butter knife, they continued to make drinks and finally I got it. Will not be coming back here for breakfast.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The manager there is amazing and always so kind to everyone! After the Starbucks on Eisenhower is constantly closed - I go to this one all the time! They all work incredibly hard and always have a smile on their face! They deserve a shout on for being over worked this holiday season! ❤️❤️

I go to Starbucks every weekend at the Hanover location on Eisenhower drive. Some weekends it's good service and sometimes not. I drop almost a hundred dollars a weekend when I go. The last three weekends they have missed product where I had to back and retrieved what they have missed. This is the second time I had to deal with a rude barista named Joanna. Not impressed with this visit at all! We went inside since drive through was busy and wait 30 minutes for 2 iced coffee and 1 frappe ! The only thing said was sorry and put your mask over your nose. Not ok guess I’ll go to south end from now on.
