I ordered a Grande Iced Caramel Macchiato. This is my go to order. The espresso was burnt and barely any caramel. I had to hold my nose shut to drink it, in order to add more milk and add cold foam, to get rid of the burnt espresso taste. This isn’t the only time I have come here and something was messed up. I’m really disappointed.

Someone from this location responded to my review apologizing and suggesting that I ask a team member to remake my drink if I'm not satisfied... but that defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time so I can just grab and go if I was in a rush, most times I do mobile orders during my lunch break so I have time to head back to work... I'm not wasting time waiting on someone to remake a simple drink they could've done right the first time. Thank you customer service for your unhelpful suggestion!! Oh and I went back to that Starbucks a couple of weeks later and once again they gave me the wrong order (ordered the falafel pocket, got a chicken gouda pocket and I have a dairy allergy!!)

I've been holding off on posting a review for a while now just hoping that order accuracy would get better at some point but today was it for me. This location is usually my go-to Starbucks even though 9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong (not exaggerating) I have a sensitivity to drinks and food being either too hot or too cold so I usually order drinks with light ice or warm, this location almost always sends out my drinks steamed hot and with full ice (see the picture from Wednesday afternoon 19-feb-2025)... From now on I'd rather make the drive to westminster or wherever else to get my orders made properly. This's not rocket science guys!!

Demeaning Customer Service- Today (12/30) at 1:20p, after waiting 8 minutes in the drive through, I ordered a “large” iced oat milk chai latte. The lady over the microphone asked me to repeat my size, I repeated “large”. She asked me a second time. After my 3rd time repeating the size, I realized she was badgering me to say “venti”. It’s not that she could not understand me, it was that the wanted me to adapt to Starbucks language and would not allow me to order until I said “venti”. I pulled off because for a customer service rep or barista to be so rude and mocking, as if she enjoys belittling others, well that’s just not an environment I can support. Is this how Starbucks trains their staff to treat customers or are there just a few rude, stuck up individuals giving them a bad name? Anyways, if she could be that antagonizing over the term “large”, why would I trust her to deliver my drink professionally. I had always had good service at this location, so I was surprised to say the least.

Agreed with Courtney. Placed a mobile order then entered the drive thru. Got told for future reference to wait 5-7 minutes after to join the drive through as they were “busy”. My question is, what difference would it have made if I had ordered at the window, would you still make me wait 5-7 minutes? Girl was extremely passive aggressive and I had to contact corporate as my drink was extremely watered down. This location and the workers have gone extremely downhill.
I ordered a peppermint mocha frappe and they gave me a peppermint mocha hot chocolate and barely filled the cup and all it tastes like was a peppermint with hot water, it sucked

Ordered a Venti Caramel Frap with extra caramel drizzle, none on the sides of the cup(you can't drink/utilize it with stuck to the side of the cup) all at the bottom(they even repeated ot back to me because they didn't seem to understand it initially so I explained). What I received was some weird drink that kinda resembled a caramel frap but had a different lid, no whip, a standard amount of caramel, none at the bottom, and the sides plastered with drizzle. So I said "excuse me but I ordered this with extra drizzle and none on the sides." So they offered to take it back and remake it, which they did. What they gave back was different, but just as bad ??♂️
Not to mention this one tasted "off" somehow.
I've ordered this exact drink this exact way for probably over a decade and 99.9% of places never have a problem getting it right. The Starbucks in town at Target are similarly bad at getting a simple order correct; maybe same owners ??♂️ I dunno

This is honestly one of the worst performing stores I ever use but it's the closest to my house......some of the newer employees seem genuinely upset to be there and work very very slow. The one shift leader or manager is great.

I’ll just say - if they give you any passive aggression at the speaker for putting in your mobile order and being there too quickly after placing it - I don’t recommend drinking the drink. Definitely messed with.
I received gift cards from the parents of the children I take care.So I generally don't come Starbucks because they are to pricey for me. So I’m not familiar with the menu and I figured I’d try two different things incase I didn't like one. I ordered the steel cut oatmeal with blueberries and brown sugar that tasted ok but they can't even be bothered to put it together for you. How is someone supposed to drive and open the packets to put it together? There is no customer service there. The second thing I ordered was the turkey bacon, egg white andcheddar sandwich. This made me the most disappointed because the bacon was not even cooked! It was just folded up in between the sandwich so you couldn't even see it. Also in the picture it clearly shows two pieces of bacon? Certainly didn’t look like the picture on the menu where the bacon looked crispy. Don't plan on returning even if I get gift cards. I'll regift then

Time to clean the coffee urns! I make better coffee at home. Update: this is by far the worst cup of coffee I have had in long time. Really!
***update**** I gave you another chance and you did it again!!! When someone orders a decaf coffee it is usually for a reason!!!! It's the 3rd time I ordered a decaf and it was not!!!! Due to medical reasons I can't have regular!!! People do better!!!!!

Every time we go, they are out of at least 4 items. Literally, ALWAYS out of multiple items. And today, they change the board...we ordered what was on the board and they say "that's not out yet". Their line is really long, probably because everyone is asking what do they have since the board is wrong. It's not hard to walk outside and cover the items you don't have.

Everyday for the last week I had tried to order just the basic iced coffee from this location and everyday they some how mess it up. They either give you too hot coffees when you ask for iced or when you try and ask for more milk or foam they completely forget and still charge you extra. Not a hard ask for just a simple iced coffee but I guess that’s alittle out of there scope
