Placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes for it to be ready. Meanwhile people were coming in to the register, ordering, and leaving within 5-10 minutes. I guess I don't understand how the orders are processed but it seems a bit off. Order placed at 10:13 am- didn't receive drinks until 10:43.

They NEVER get my order made per my request or to my liking. I've given them so many chances, but they still continue to argue or insist they can't make it like the picture on the menu. The Starbucks barista's in Hanover Target listen and make my drinks exactly like I ask with no question. They are so polite and take their time and do the best they can to make the best drink. I Highly recommend Target's Starbuck, not Eisenhower Dr! They always seem annoyed, bothered, and rush you to leave.

The main reason for the 2 stars is that this location is so extremely cold inside. There is no reason why they have to keep it so uncomfortably cold. I won’t be going back here again!

They scam you with a card they charge you a fee for if you order a sandwich to pay with a regular card on file....
They tricked me into reloading something instead of use the authorized card. They are giving me the run around with my 25.00 that they stole trying to order breakfast...

Do not shop here. The food is horrible dried up overcooked....
Run away from horrible service...

The people who work there real friendly, whoever controls the hours of operation can at least put something as simple as a hand written sign In the window and on the drive-through at the very lease so cars don’t just drive up and sit there waiting for no response. Witness three customers in the span of a couple minutes.

A week ago, I visited the Starbucks on Eisenhower Rd . It was the absolute worst visit to Starbucks that I've ever experienced. It goes without saying that STARBUCKS has been in a customer service death spiral since starting the online ordering . Anyway. I sat trapped in the drive thru line for 23 minutes before even placing my order. It was another 4 minutes before the lane opened enough that I could escape the drive thru hostage situation. I decided that I'd exit the DT and head inside to make sure they weren't experiencing some sort of an emergency inside. I walked into the cafe and noticed no less than 9 people angrily waiting on drinks. My drink was made & sitting near the DT window. I explained to the shift manager that I had just come in to get my drink after being outside in the DT line for nearly 30 minutes. I also told him that I didn't think I should be charged for the drink . He snapped back and replied, "you're going to have to pay for it!". He spoke with disdain in his voice. To say he was rude, would be a massive understatement At that point, I decided that it's time to end my 24 year relationship with the "coffee" chain. I was once a partner at Starbucks and I must say that their decline really has been sad to watch. They truly were a great company when they actually cared about the customers and strived to be the 3rd place.
Hanover has gained a few small locally owned coffee shops - give them a shot. They will genuinely appreciate your business!

If it was not for Keith, I would not give this Starbucks a 5 star review. He takes your order, while accepting payment, hands you your order, all while making small conversation, and making it look easy! If it's one of the girls, usually they're nasty with not one word and stare at me for payment, as if I am an inconvienence. One day a girl was so rude every time I came through the drive-thru, I started a bad review but was on a time frame and let it go. EVERY morning Keith has truly shown exceptional customer service, thank you!!

Every time I order an iced London fog or breakfast tea no matter how ahead of time I order it at this location it is NEVER steeped long enough. Every time I get it tastes like dirty water. Everything else is fine except steeped teas. When I go inside to return the abomination of tea there is a certain barista who usually is working who is beyond rude about it not sure of her name but dark hair and heavy eye makeup. She has an attitude everytime. Which makes the experience even worse. So I just decided never to order steeped teas from this location. I’ve tried over a dozen times and it’s always the same result which is disappointing. When I’m in the area maybe I’ll get a Danish here but I’ll drive to britton or ghouls and grinds for a drink.

About 80% of the time I can never get any other coffee besides Pike Place. I assume this is a management problem, the staff does do their best when it's busy.

Worst Starbucks on the face of the earth! They say if they mess up your drink they'll fix it (most times they do mess it up), but in reality they get angry make you wait a stupid amount of time for them to remake it and again mess they mess it up! I remember the 1 barista being clueless when he first started. Now he's just mean! These people should NOT be in customer service at all! Do better!!!
