Came into Walmart to get some stuff and decided I would stop in subway for a quick snack. Pretty gross witnessed the girl working today playing with her hair then putting gloves on not washing her hands and making and touching peoples food. Pretzels were also hard and not good and after seeing that I won’t be eating the rest. Pls do
Better that’s gross to play with your hair around food and touch food after.

Guy making subs was probably the rudest person I ever encountered in a restaurant setting. Told me and my partner to keep it moving and kept eye rolling. The cashier however was very pleased to. With as many people looking for jobs, Maybe since this individual dislike his so much ,maybe you can relieve him of his duties,and hire someone more professional.

I've ordered here a few times, but this most recent time I ordered the outlaw, with a few small changes to fit my preferences, and it was the first time I had it; it was one of the best subs I've ever had if not the best. The customer service was great: everyone was polite, patient, and gave great advice when I was indecisive, the sub was DELICIOUS!!!
5/5 stars on all accounts for my favorite Subway. I will absolutely eat from here again.
Shout out to Brett, Debbie, Jake, Garrett, Ariel, and Miranda for all the positive experiences at the Eisenhower Walmart Subway!!

Do not come here they do not care and if you get a foot long sub they will not charge You for a foot long which is cheaper instead they will charge you for two 6inc subs and when you ask they will argue with you instead of fixing the issue terrible service

UBER EATS FAIL - This store does not handle Uber Eats orders well. Ordered 13 items 90 minutes in advance via Uber Eats and the order was cancelled at the store level, one minute after the original delivery window STARTED, leaving the office with having to scramble for another lunch options. Terrible customer service.

Went in on 2/22/23 to order some last minute catering trays for a training my store was doing. I spoke to the manager on duty (I did not catch his name) and he was absolutely phenomenal! So pleasant and accommodating, I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this gentleman. The sandwiches were delicious, the veggie spread was put together very nicely. It was perfect!
