UBER EATS FAIL - This store does not handle Uber Eats orders well. Ordered 13 items 90 minutes in advance via Uber Eats and the order was cancelled at the store level, one minute after the original delivery window STARTED, leaving the office with having to scramble for another lunch options. Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience here awful food as well as awful service not much to say just ordered a few subs awhile back two of the sandwiches had mold throughout them. to save you the time def don't recommend getting food there!!!

My mom is not a picky eater. She enjoys having toppings (obviously), however she ordered this evening and she requested that a couple things were added with a heavy hand. We ordered online and my stepdad picked it up. He watched the employees make fun and absolutely destroy this sandwich in the most obnoxious manner. When he requested that the sandwich be remade, the employees were incredibly rude and refused. After a pointless conversation, he ended up with no choice but to walk out with this ill-prepared sandwich. Well, $11.00 later my mom is stuck with a god-awful salad on a bun that she can hardly eat.

Went in on 2/22/23 to order some last minute catering trays for a training my store was doing. I spoke to the manager on duty (I did not catch his name) and he was absolutely phenomenal! So pleasant and accommodating, I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this gentleman. The sandwiches were delicious, the veggie spread was put together very nicely. It was perfect!

Came in to grab dinner the other day. It had been a rough day & I wasn’t anticipating the employees to influence a massive shift in my mood - but that’s exactly what happened. 2 of the employees, Kaliegh and Shana, were so personable and friendly that I left with a smile. My food was great, but my experience was even better. As someone who works with the public, I can appreciate those who go above and beyond for their customers - & that’s exactly what both of these girls did. Thank you Kaliegh and Shana for being so wonderful!!!! Give these girls a raise!!!

Had a very great experience yesterday around 12:30. Had a young lady serve me pretzels. They were fresh, warm and she did a great job. She was working her butt off to make sure all the customers got served and she kept up with making fresh pretzels. Definitely will be back in the future

Ordered the mini dogs raw dough on the inside and burnt on the outside ? not happy.After telling me she is remaking my order, she made me wait for 10 minutes, never even starting my order, she put it back in the display case like there was nothing wrong with them.Another employee calls me over and asks what is wrong with them i showed her ten minutes later i get a refund. Went by there today and ordered our food and got a table. Seconds after sitting down my husband got two bites in and I spilled my drink and it knocked his food off the table. The manager calming got up and reassured us everything was okay (as I stood there like a deer in the headlights) and jumped into action cleaning it up. I offered to help him but he instead let us get a new sandwich and helped move our table. In the world we live in today this type of empathy was well needed. Wish I would have gotten his name but I was so embarrassed I left with my tail between my legs. That man deserves a raise. Food was perfect and the people behind the counter was understanding and helpful. I’ll be going back but not to drop my drink again. Lol

This is hands down the best subway that I have EVER encountered! I was amazed at how polite a d respectful ALL the employees are. If you go here, you will notice they go the extra mile to make your day. This is the Eisenhower drive location. I honestly think the bad reviews is for a different location

Do not eat here. Twice I've observed employees walking into the bathroom with aprons on. Once while in the front mens room i observed a gentlemen at the urinal with his apron on. What part of this is ok. Maybe the owner should send everyone to servesafe course.Nasty nasty

Very slow service. They is a massive line where people have been waiting for 15-20 minutes just to order. Not the place to go if your on the go.
