Review for Subway / Auntie Anne’s inside Walmart, South Hanover, PA
On October 11th, around 4:45 PM, I went into the Walmart in South Hanover, Pennsylvania, and stopped at the Subway/Auntie Anne’s Pretzel counter to order some pretzels.
Two employees were sitting in the back room on chairs, fully visible to me at the counter. They clearly saw me standing there but didn’t bother to get up for at least 30 seconds. I finally said “HELLO,” and one of them—a dark-haired girl wearing dark rimed glasses—slowly came over, looked annoyed, and asked, “How can I help you?”
I said I wanted some pretzels. She said “okay,” then started fiddling with the register. She opened the cash drawer, pulled out a bunch of $20 bills, and began shuffling them around like she was doing something important—but it was obvious she was just wasting time. I’ve worked in retail for years, and it was clear she was being passive-aggressive because I’d spoken up.
After a couple of minutes, she called over the other employee and they just stood there doing nothing. Finally, she grabbed some pretzels, set them on the counter, still holding that wad of crumpled $20s, and said in a short, rude tone, “It’s going to be a while.” I said OK and just walked out.
That was the last straw. If I were the owner, I’d seriously rethink who’s representing my business. I won’t be going back, and I’ll be making sure others know about this experience.
But in reality, the owner doesn't care as they have never ever replied to ANY REVIEWS! Maybe that's why at 5:00 diner time the place was empty!!

The rolls are inedible, hard stale trash. We ran into this the last time but tried again and ask to not use hard stale rolls. Dudnt matter same hard stale rolls. Manager here doesn't care about the customers as well, he did nothing when confronted about it. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real sub shop not this garbage dump, your eating trash from the South Hanover Walmart location

Last night we met Ian, Logan, and Max. They are the most fun, happy, and positive subway employees that I have ever met. The atmosphere we experienced made me look at their name tags so that they could get credit for their great personalities and positive work ethic. One of them said they were even working a double shift! Anyway, the food was great, the employees were great. It’s rare to have an experience like this anymore. Thank you!

Gone are the 5 dollar footlongs. The prices are insane. 16 dollars for a cheesesteak with nothing in it. Way better places in the area for a sub and u can put money in local owned restaurants
Ended up walking out worst service had no Italian rolls so we decided we would get herb and cheese ordered 2 ft long tuna and 1/ 2 buffalo chicken in the clerk kept dropping tuna on top of the 1/2 sub also a lg fly landed on one of the tuna subs said something to the clerk he made a remark told him I did not want a sub that a fly had landed on he proceeded to tell me they did not have any more of that bread I told him I did not want anything and left went to the subway up the road was like nite and day clean looking the help had visors on (like they are suppose to )
This Subway was pretty clean but one of the people that fixed my sandwich was afraid to put meat on my sandwich and that is not a good thing when you pay for your food you expect to have enough to fill you up at least and I question him about it and he put another slice of meat or cheese I can't remember which one it was that I asked him about so I would not be going back to this Subway
Not as tasty as other subway
They sold me cheese sauce that is out dated by 32 YEARS YES THATS RIGHT 32 YEARS NOW ISNT THAT SICK..Also over charged us for our food paid 67 for our food good cheese that was outdated by 32 years and got overcharged by few dollars will never get subway again..
