Depending on the day, The food is subpar compared to their contemporaries. I’m sure they’re doing their best but there are more reliable, better quality and consistent sources other than having to roll the dice with Susie’s Mexican
After a couple minutes getting to know the very nice family who operates this restaurant, I ordered a variety of meals to try and was not disappointed. Birria tacos, Al Pastor tacos, steak burrito, and chorizo tacos were all great!Edit: Ordered a Tres Leches cake and it far exceeded my expectations!!
Burria Tacos? Amazing! Portobello Quesadillas? Fantastic! Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadilla? Crazy Good! Homemade taco sauce, pico & sides! So good. I can’t wait to try something else to write home about here at Susie’s. The service was great with too many smiles to count. The flavors were mellow, yet bright & somehow still packed a punch. Can’t wait to return!!!!!
