This was my second time here and now my last. To start, my salad had a lot of old, brown wilted lettuce and stale croutons. Next, my chicken salad wrap didn’t come with most of the ingredients listed and tasted like mayo with soggy tomatoes. I sent it back to the kitchen and decided not to order anything else. The wrap was taken off the bill, which was nice considering I ate less than half, but I kinda expected the manager to come out to do guest recovery and that didn’t happen....
Atmosphere is nice and makes me want to have a good time. Food is mediocre at best and at a higher price point. The servers are doing the best they can but are high school kids. The drink's though (cocktails) are just awful. Too sweet or proportions are just all off. I have been there 2 twice and mediocre is the word that comes to mind.
The food was incredible. Flavorful and inviting. I wish I could say the same thing about the service. Our waitress, Hope, was by the bar chatting with her coworkers happily but each time she came to the table, it was as if we were inconveniencing her with our business. Her demeanor showed quite clearly that she didn’t want to be working. The only time she came to the table was to ask us what we wanted to eat, and then actually bringing us the food.
