This has been our go to Texas Roadhouse since we moved to PA. We come very often I mean maybe 2-3 times a month . As in my son’s words “Texas Roadhouse is the best place ever”. Unfortunately we will not be back, we had requested a booth for my Mom as she recently had back surgery and she said it would be an additional 30 minute wait no biggie even though we had already put a wait time in online and it said our table was ready. Well we get the text saying your table is ready she they directed us to a table I reminded her we needed a booth. She yells OH YOU NEEED A BOOTH. Rolled her eyes and continued to make rude comments. We ended up getting sat by the bar I grabbed a manager immediately as this just caught me off guard. He spoke with her but honestly didn’t change much as the entire night our service was still rude even by the waitress. My son’s food was burnt to a crisp we had to wait forever for refills and at the end the waitress made a very rude comment to my husband. I felt bad asking for anything bc it was like we was putting them out of their way. We drive over a hour to this location as we live in Maryland but we will not be back. This is not how you want to spend your birthday by any means. It’s like they didn’t want us there and I’m sure since we complained right off the bat it just made the waitress mad as well. Please do not make your guest feel bad about needing a booth for medical reasons they cannot help it we had a birthday cake for my husband and even when they sang they didn’t do it like they normally do like “saddle up” they literally did it like once and that was it. Basically them telling us they did not care.

Worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to….get there and they say it’s a 15 to 25 minute wait, no problem. Get a text message to come inside, check in with someone else, told to stand by the place where you pick your steak. 45 minutes later still standing there watching people who came in after us being seated, so I proceeded to ask why were not being seated and I was told that 2 people were yelling our name. We were 2 feet from the counter in the same spot our name was never called. Don’t lie to me just tell me we got missed no big deal don’t say that 2 people yelled our name when they clearly didn’t we were standing in the same spot the whole time. Needless to say we left and are now at Longhorn Steak House and they seated us in less then 10 minutes. I have no interest in ever going to Texas Roadhouse again because of there service.

Got our meal before our appetizer and we told the food runner we didn't get our appetizeryet. About two minutes later the manager came and asked how things were. I told her that our food was fine but we never got our cactus blossom. She said "we'll take that off the bill" but never offered an apology or even acted like she cared. She just turned and walked away, she could have said "sorry about your luck" or "it sucks to be you" or "maybe next time" but she just walked away The only time we saw our waitress was when we ordered and when she brought the bill so she got a .53 cent tip. FU texas roadhouse!! Next time we'll choose Longhorn and we'll probably get treated with respect and get what we order. This place is always busy so I'm sure that they don't care anyhow but I won't go back and I'll tell everyone that I know why. A sinple apology goes a long way but this manager was too good for that, she seemed more focused on looking good than customer service. I'm going to miss the food here but i won't miss the customer service

Busy as usual. After being seated, we had a very pleasant waitress. Can’t remember her name. Placed our orders. There were 6 of us including 2 children (6 and 3). After an hour, the waitress came and asked if we had placed our orders. We said yes. She then said that the computer then the kitchen had messed up. We replaced our orders and asked that the children’s food be expedited. She said it would be. Another hour passed and we still hadn’t received our food. 2 1/2 hours later, all food delivered together. Not to mention the drink order mix up. When we got our bill, there was nothing comped. We had to ask the manager who said that he hadn’t gotten to it. Overall it was a horrible experience.

This is the worst experience my family has had at a Texas Roadhouse ever. We stopped in for lunch, our server was very flustered and kept asking us to repeat our order. We waited forever for our food and when it came out it was all dry and unseasoned. It has obviously been sitting under a heat lamp or whatever they do. We barely ate our food and when we expressed how bad it was the server barely acknowledged it at all. We will not be back to this Texas Roadhouse. Save your money and go elsewhere...

I come here all the time. Foods great and so are the staff. But the bathroom (male) is always completely trashed floors sticky and you have to spend 5 to 8 minutes cleaning before you can even use the bathroom. This had been the case for the last 4 weeks
Ordered take out and didn’t get my second corn side. Nothing wrong with the food taste great but disappointed I paid for extra corn and didn’t get it.

The issue is, until they brought it out, I was done my meal. We came together and expected to eat together, not at different times at the same table.

If you don't enjoy waiting for a table, then get overcooked meat, this isn't the place for you. The friend we went there with absolutely loves the place. Maybe it was a bad night in the kitchen.
