The chicken critters were overdone which I can deal with but there was something that I saw that was disgusting I went to the restroom when I got there and one of the girls that seats people came out of stall without washing her hands. Every time I saw her seating people carrying the silverware and rolls I was disgusted. Not sure of her name but she had her hair dyed blue. This was in Hanover PA.

Food is good if not slightly overcooked sometimes. Loud music making people talk louder so getting a headache can happen fast. And every birthday thing is SO LOUD. A night for a quieter experience would be great.

We came to have dinner at Texas Roadhouse on the 26th at 8pm and we were turned away even though the hours posted on the door showed they were open until 10:00pm. That was about the worst service I have ever had from Texas Roadhouse.

The food here is usually decent, and I’ve enjoyed their take-out in the past. However, I recently placed a to-go order and was disappointed to find that my order was missing the rolls. The rolls are a signature part of the meal, so it was frustrating to get home and realize they weren’t included; especially since I paid full price and didn’t receive everything I ordered.

Waited almost an hour after being told 35-45 minutes when checking in and the hostess lied multiple times about being next to be seated, so just left. Will never go back.
