I’ve tried every cheesesteak from Baltimore to Philly and this is the best one I’ve ever had

I have NEVER been so upset in my life! Your search engine said open, your hours on your door said OPEN your OPEN SIGN was ON! At.11:20 a.m. ya'll suddenly decided to update your hours to. CLOSED. I drove 6 1/2 HOURS to come here!!!!! Make your freaking decisions earlier than the day OF!!!!!! I WILL NEVER CONSIDER THIS PLACE AGAIN

My wife and I stopped in yesterday and ordered a Detroit style pepperoni pizza. It was fantastic, crispy pepperoni, tons of cheese, ample sauce, and the crust was done to perfection with a nice singe on the top outer edge.

Good, bad or indifferent, there will always be haters. I'm not one of them. I've been to Vinny's a number of times. It's been a positive experience every time. I grew up in Queens, NY 150 years ago and the Godfather sub took me back. I'm grateful for things like that. Maybe that's why my experiences have been good. My 2 cents. Everyone has an opinion...but mine is right. I'm grateful for Vinny's.

Very delicious & authentic! The deserts are to die for!

However, I have to say I was quite disappointed with what we received. The boxes only had two types of salami, one type of cheese, green olives stuffed with garlic, and a few croutons.

We were disappointed because we had a great experience with you before and expected something similar again. After picking up the order, we also checked your website where it mentions “cheeses” (plural), but we only received one kind. It also mentions “Italian meats,” but we only got salami, and although it says “more,” nothing additional was included.

Husband stopped and got a sub and a pizza for me. It was our first time ordering hot food from Vinny’s. We usually just get sweet treats and items from the “pantry” shelves. Husband said his sub was good, but my pizza was definitely undercooked. The dough was still somewhat raw underneath the cheese. It was definitely greasy beyond all belief (soaking through the parchment paper and through the box). I couldn’t even get through one slice. 🙁

Everyone always loves the lasagna! I’ve been using their catering services for all 3 of my son’s birthday parties. Delicious pastas, helpful information and great customer service before/after placing the order with Jennifer. Always delivered on time and the drivers are always nice when setting things up.

Our team ran a fundraiser through Vinnys's and my family was very disappointed with the quality of food. The pizzas were put together sloppily, the dough was like a brick, and the lack of cheese was surprising. The subs were not good, they messed up the order with the wrong cheeses, and to top it all of I got terrible heartburn after the meal. We tossed all the leftovers in the trash and will likely do the same with the rest in the freezer!

Got a 12 inch Italian sub and the lettuce wasn’t fresh and was very wet/soggy, the bread was wet and soggy on top. Tasted like it was premade and sitting in a fridge or something. I waited 15 maybe 20 min which I don’t mind but not for a poor quality sub. I just expected better.

Stopped in for lunch which was awesome! Cannolis and cookies were a must have again! We will be back!

Very hard bread on the Italiano

This weekend, we hosted a dinner party at our home with Vinny's catering for the menu. Our appetizer was an antipasto tray, followed by lasagna, chicken marsala, and a veggie medley for the main meal. Of course, we finished off with mini cannoli for dessert. Everything was beyond delicious, and we plan to use Vinny's again next year and for many occasions to come. The delivery person was kind, prompt, and great at going over our order. Grateful that we hired them for the job & super impressed with the experience.

We had Vinny's cater a Business Chamber Grand Opening with one of our Referral Partners. They did a wonderful job! The food was delicious and received many compliments. Definitely recommend them and we will use them in the future!
