The person in the window was short with me, my food was cold. I don’t like complaining especially about service late at night but don’t you atleast want fresh food, not sitting out for an hour or more? Was going to mention it till they closed the window fast and hard, childish.

My first job was this specific Wendy’s, for 2 years. Big fan of Wendy’s food. Ordered a $5 Jr Bacon Biggie bag today. Was asked, for the first time, “Medium or large?” So I said “No just the regular $5 biggie bag”. I get to the window and the girl working the window said my total was $6.36. I asked why it wasn’t $5.30, and the answer was “we’re out of small cups so I have to give you a medium. So I asked why I’m expected to pay more because they ran out of cups. Manager then comes over and throws a fit about it with the window closed. To top it all off, I wasn’t given a receipt, nor the correct sandwich. Disappointing. Will make the drive to Cross Keys next time.

Person who took my order and handed me my order at the drive thru was rude. Did not say your welcome after I said thank you & I didn’t know if I was all set or not. I just ended up driving off.

Stood at the counter for several minutes. Employees all over but no one came to help me or the people infront of me nor the 3 people behind me. Finally got my order taken and have been waiting for 15 minutes for my food. It's been awhile since I've been here and this reminded me why.

Took forever. Lady at the window was doing everything but giving us our food. Horrible customer service. Waited in the line for 30 minutes. When we did get our food we were missing a frosty. We ordered a baconator fry, the container was half empty, and when we started to eat it we found a black hair in with the cheese. We went back inside and everyone was very unprofessional and getting orders wrong. Manager refused to give us a refund.

I took the family to Wendy's so the kids could have the new Krabby Patty meal. This location was out of tomatoes, onions, french fries and vanilla for the Pineapple frosty. Why even be open if you are out of half of everything you serve. Unbelievable.
