Usually this place is great. Burgers second only to 5guys. No shame in that. But the mess they gave us as food this time? Sloppy, limp, cold fries. And only half a box not that you'd want more lol. The burgers were far from fresh. Dave is rolling in his grave.

The laziest staff ever. They shut down 3 hours before their closing time and claim something isn't working so they can't accept orders. They are just milking it out to get free money. They are taking advantage of their owner hopefully he catches on when he realizes why they aren't making money in the late hours. It has literally been going on for months and I have had it happen 5xs the last 2 weeks. Hoping the owner gets rid of this whole staff

everytime I go there... they say that the POS is down and all the employees are hanging out in the parking lot. If you're not making money why are you paying all these employees to socialize???

We went to wendys in south Hanover. We wanted something different so we ordered the new "big bacon cheddar chicken" meal. We asked for the fries to be fresh and they were great. The chicken sandwich was awful. No fault of the employees but it was the sauce. The cheese sauce was mixed with peppers and it was gross. The chicken itself,is always good. The service was fast and great and the employees were very friendly. The low score,is only for the taste of the cheese sauce that is on this sandwich. Beings its not cheap, i felt unhappy about this. I wish places could let you sample the sauce when things are new. I could only suffer through half if the sandwich. Once again, not the employees fault,they were great.

I'm not a fan of Wendy's, but this Wendy's in particular is also awful. The food isn't cooked right, the staff takes way to long to take your order, and they are just rude.

Dirty inside. Tables needed cleaned. Employee smoking out front of the building right next to glass. Inches from customers on the other side of the window. She was on her phone sounding like a sailor on shore leave. Not very professional at all. Food wise, it's Wendy's. Get what you pay for.

I got the biggie bag to try and I was very disappointed. The burger was dry and the buns were old. They just crumbled apart. The frys were way too salty as well.

Honestly worse food I've had from wendys in a long time. Fries were old but okayish to eat. The nuggets were very old and cold, not edible. The burgers were very dry (couldn't even eat them) the drinks were flat and no syrup in them. The baconator fries were ice cold. Very disappointed being we spent $30 on food we couldn't even eat.

Not bad food but the interiors need to be remodeled, or at the very least deep cleaned. Bathrooms dirty and falling apart. Service staff were very helpful and quick with our order.
I would rate this 0 stars if I could... the drive thru worker was very rude and was rushing us when we were the only car in the line. Ordered a lemonade and got a Diet Coke.. not sure how you could get the two confused. We tried to order frostys and they only had chocolate which he made very clear twice after we already said okay. We did not get chocolate frostys and we were charged and didn’t even receive them. Overall very disappointed with the service here

Decided to try the apt to order. Afterwards I decided the app gets you nothing. Still had to wait in the drive through line and when I got up to the Window I still had a 5 minute wait for 2 doubles and an order of fries. It would have taken just as long to actually wait and order at the restaurant.

Awful! Just picked up food in the drive-thru. The guy that took my order was rude. When he handed me my drinks, they were over-flowing and spilled in my car. Condiments were missing and the food was cold. Worst Wendy's ever!
