“It was our first time trying the Sumneytown Hotel. Hands down amazing! The ambience was relaxing, and the building is beautiful. The food and service were phenomenal! The flavors of the food just went together so well and the presentation was beautiful! Also, the clams were cleaned thoroughly, not grainy at all! Great wine options too. Our server, Jamie, was very nice and extremely attentive. Her service was top notch. She gave very good recommendations on the food and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here for flavorful food, a relaxing night, incredible service and good drinks! We will be back! We had: Burrata Salad (Special) Cilantro and Jalapeño Clams (Special) Goat Cheese Bites Sweet Potato Gnocchi Hot Chicken Sandwich“

“I just held a 40th birthday party at Lock 29. Everything was great. The space was perfect, everyone raved about the food and cake (some people said it was the best cake they’ve ever had!), The servers were awesome, they made sure everyone had what they needed and did a great job keeping things organized and clean throughout! I would recommend parties here to any of my friends and family! Everything was exactly what I wanted!!“

“I've frequented the Broad Axe for quite some time and love it for the friendly and welcoming staff and warm atmosphere. The food is good and they have an extensive beer and spirits list. The skilled bartenders can whip up anything to suit a mood or taste.“
“Smoking permitted. Limited grille menu, but prepared with care. Compact pool table. Digital jukebox. Cash only. It's a classic. Cold macro beer is on tap along with a decent variety of cans and bottles. Wild Turkey 101 and Tanqueray are cheap. Superb cheese steaks. Say hello to Steve for me. If you ask him nicely, he'll mix up a fine Manhattan or Gibson.“

“Suspenders is perfect for a quick bite to eat, good bar food, excellent pricing. Or it’s a fun place with a good atmosphere to spend a Friday or Saturday night! Always lively, the staff is very attentive, and the music is always a good mix of everything! Highly recommend, if you haven’t been here yet you’re missing out!! We also take our 2 year old here, more so during the warmer months when we can hang outside! It is a bar/restaurant but kid friendly if you’re out & about with the family and need to stop for a bite to eat.“

“We showed up today a Steppys very skeptical because of name change. But all was good old Steppys. Michele the waitress was great, polite and professional, my service was perfect, my prime rib dinner was fabulous, so was the crab cakes, salad, mash tasters, and french onion soup. There was not even a wait to get in at 530pm. Been going here over 20 years and will continue.“

“First timers for dinner with family to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Highly recommend dining here. A great addition to Collegeville for dining. My family isn’t easy to please but we had no complaints and we can’t say enough good things about our experience. We will definitely be back!“

“Stopped for the first time for lunch and WOW! Just walking in, you can see it has a very nice atmosphere. Sarah was our hostess/waitress/educator. From the start with their freshly made soda, we were hooked. Appetizers -WOW! Lunch entrees - WOW! Skillet Cookie dessert - WOW! Can't wait to go back.“
