This has become a regular for us as a family meeting spot. Excellent service. Accommodate my dad's hearing challenges by seating us in a quiet spot. Food is always solid and sometimes inspired. Not inexpensive but appropriate for quality.

The remodeled Mallard Inn it's a must for anyone who wants to begin their dining experience and developed in an atmosphere of elegance and romance. The menu has been crafted to deliver across section of pallet pleasers. They say we eat with our eyes first-and chef Manuel does platings that make you want dig in. You don't need a culinary degree to recognize dining at its best. From our delicious mussels and pumpkin soup to veal mayonnaise and shrimp scampi that would impress the most discerning guest. The food coupled with attentive service made our anniversary very special. Whether it's a special event, a date night or just an evening out the Mallard is a must. Can't wait to go back and experience their exquisite outdoor patio and we love the bodega bar for creative, cocktails, and appetizers. If you haven't been there, you need to put it on your calendar because you want to go back again and again.

Highly recommend the Mallard! Our food was delicious and the staff incredible! The bodega downstairs is a wonderful place to enjoy before or after drinks! Loved every minute and we'll be going back soon!❤️

The Mallard is a beautiful historic Inn. Upon arrival we were impressed with the beauty of the building and the lovely landscaping. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the Escargot, Cheese Plate, Picana, Short Rib and finished with the Limon Cello cake and Apple Crisp. A definite five star experience. A new favorite dining spot for us.

We ate out on the patio, which was very attractive, on a beautiful weather evening, so the atmosphere was terrific! We did order entrees and they were delicious, however it was very expensive. Drinks and food were city prices - overpriced, so it won't be a regular place for us.

Excellent service and food. I eat out regularly at restaurants in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties (for work & pleasure) and no doubt it was by far the best presentation, food and service I have experienced in a long time.

We had another "fabulous" dinner at our favorite restaurant, the Mallard restaurant at the Main Land Inn. What set the tone for the entire evening was the extremely warm welcome that we got from Akmed. He also secured our favorite table in the restaurants so thank you for that. And thank you again for checking on us a couple of times during dinner to make sure everything was going as planned. It was such a nice surprise getting one of our favorite servers Carol. She has a great sense of humor, guided us through our menu choices and was super attentive during our entire dinner. The two friends that we were entertaining were absolutely blown away with how beautiful the restaurant looked, the awesome menu choices and the quality and presentation of the food. We loved our Crabcake appetizers. The Pork chop, Salmon and Chicken entrées were so tasty. And the Caramel cheesecake dessert was to die for. And a special thank you to the chef ! Thanks to everyone for making this another phenomenal/memorable dinner for the four of us !!!

This was our first visit here and it was an awesome experience. The outside was beautifully done with flowers and a very nice area for dining. We sat inside, which was very elegantly decorated, clean and nicely lit, not too dark yet, not too light. The music and background noise was minimum so we could easily and comfortably talk to one another. I had the rib eye special, it was perfectly cooked medium as requested and had a beautiful salt cure and seer on the outside. My lady had the mushroom pasta and said it was very rich but awesome. Unfortunately we were too full to have dessert. Our server Bruce was exceptional as was his assistant AJ. Perfect place for a celebration or special occasion. We will definitely visit again!

It was the first time my wife and I dined there and we'll be back. Excellently prepared meal and interesting menu. Special thank you to our waiter Ben and server AJ who were both super attentive and very helpful.

I was charged $8.00 for a bottle of water I did NOT order. I was also charged $6.50 for a glass of coke which is a 600% markup. Talk about price gouging at it's highest. Also, my pasta was NOT al dente but very MUSHY. I expected an experience like the one at the Ambler restaurant but it was anything but. I will NOT return to this restaurant based on my unpleasant experience.

We ate at the Mallard for our one year anniversary dinner and had a fabulous time! It was a week night so fairly quiet in the dining room. The service was fantastic as well as the food and drinks. They even brought our desserts out with candles on them to celebrate! We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will for sure be back!

We were so excited to see that the Mainland Inn had reopened. It was pretty much the only fine dining experience in the area. We had high expectations and they were met and exceeded during dinner last week. We started with the Foie Gras and then both had variations of Duck. Truly outstanding. Can't wait to return and sample the rest of the menu.
