Meat Wagon BBQ is inside “The Vault” in Harleysville, a really cool place with a brewery, two restaurants and miniature golf. The meat, including brisket, pulled pork, Italian sausage, and ribs, is done to perfection. Side dishes like baked beans, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw and tater tots are done excellently, with flavorful spices. The pulled pork is perfect, and the full rack of ribs is incredible, super tender and juicy. They provide at least 5 sauces to try, like the Carolina mustard sauce. Portions are generous. The Vault and Meat Wagon are unique, fun and universally excellent.
