Forgot to take pictures of the food but trust me, it's a must try. We were in the area for a soccer tournament and hungry after a soaking day in the rain. Drove by the stand twice and almost missed it but glad we didn't. Owner was friendly. More importantly, our family agreed that the ribs were some of the best we have had. Stopped at a food truck I have seen at the gas station ( cheapest gas in the area btw), and decided to give it a try. I got a breakfast sandwich which he apparently recently added to his menu options. My husband and I stopped here while visiting PA and I can’t say enough great things about the food! The pulled pork sandwich and smoked brisket sandwiches were loaded with meat, served on a soft roll, and topped with delicious sauce that perfectly complemented the meat perfectly.I also appreciated the fact that care was taken for food safety and gloves worn and changed between tasks.We live in NJ, but will honestly be back just for the BBQ!There are beautiful parks nearby with...read full review
