Based on customer reviews, Three Brothers Mexican Grill serves authentic, freshly made Mexican food. The food is amazing, with very good nachos and burritos. The pizza birria is delicious, and the pastor and carnitas tacos are out of this world, along with the quesabirria ones. The mango agua fresca is refreshing, and they also have Jarritos sodas. Desserts like dulce de leche churros, flan, and tres leches cakes are available. The best burrito in years has been reported here, and everything from the menu is solid, fresh, flavorful, and filling.
However, there are significant issues. The wait is always outrageous, and staff often wait for customers to arrive before starting the food. The biggest problem is the front counter staff, who are described as incredibly rude, with one exception. The food quality is hit or miss; it is usually amazing before 3pm, but after 5pm, there is a 50/50 chance the order will be wrong or missing items. Most critically, the restaurant does not keep its posted hours, often locking the door earlier than the stated closing time on Saturdays, causing issues for online pickup orders. While some employees are awesome and care about service, the overall experience has declined for some regular customers.
