Last 3 times I’ve went here they can’t get the order right! Always missing something like a taco or nachos. I’d recommend checking your order before you pull away to put them in their place!

I am shocked by all the poor reviews that I am seeing. I am a frequent customer. My food is ALWAYS fresh, warm and exactly what I had ordered. The staff is VERY polite and helpful. Will be back! Shout out to Ace and Justin. Very friendly employees.

It is convenient to know that the greater Cranberry area finally has its first Taco Bell open within a 10-mile radius or so, even though I am in agreement that some Zelienople/Harmony residents are not happy about the recent urban sprawl and the construction of new commercial businesses that are now surrounding the two small historic boroughs thanks to Cranberry Township’s proximity. Hopefully, however this will inspire other, more logical Taco Bell locations within the area in the future depending on how well the speed and service of the current restaurant is taken seriously, maybe within Seven Fields or Adams Township instead.
I kind of wish the dining room and parking lot at this brand new Taco Bell store were just a slight bit larger than they already are to serve a bit more of everyone that chooses to dine in though, just my opinion, knowing that this is currently the only Taco Bell location in the Cranberry area. Otherwise, if service is slow, drive-thru traffic could possibly get too packed and hence there could be a risk of getting “locked” within the store’s small parking lot for awhile.

Don’t go here if you’re on a time crunch, ordered online then sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. And it’s blocked in so you can’t get out.

Quite possibly the slowest fast food restaurant ever. Not sure I’ve ever received an order in less than 20 minutes from here. Currently at 30 and still waiting. When you finally get the food it’s typical Taco Bell so I guess that is okay.
Slowest fast food I've ever been to. I've waited over 30min before AFTER I ordered ahead of time online. Almost never went back but it's in a convenient location. Expect to wait ~15 minutes minimum in the drive through if there is more than 2 people ahead of you.

This is a classic Taco bell that looks like every other restaurant. Inside were kiosks for ordering. The food came out kind of sloppy and didn't look good. All of it tasted average.
They are super slow. I do doordash and it's taken 20 minutes from order to getting my food.
