I don't give many harsh reviews, especially on a new business. I try to be patient, but this is kinda ridiculous at this point. They have been open for several months at the time of this review.
This is the worst Wendy's we have ever been to. Drive-thru and eat-it orders have been wrong almost every time (except twice) a family member has gone there. We tried to be patient, being it is a new store, but WOW this place is in dire need of good help. DO NOT walk away or drive away without checking your order first.

My food has never been wrong. I will say the sweet tea doesn't taste good, I'm unsure why or if somethig was changed.
Other than that, the AI system in the drive through is a throw off. If you learn how to use the technology, it's not bad at all. It does make it a little difficult if you make a mistake, though.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. I was ordering through the speaker and was getting upset because the AI robot was getting my order wrong. I asked to speak to a human and the woman who came over the speaker was disgustingly rude and sassy. This was not even the worst experience I’ve encountered at this location either. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s. Such a shame. Do better.

The service was slow and the stupid AI drive through is a terrible system that can’t understand a human. Just pay employees to work the drive through.

Unfortunately, my order was wrong again. It has become all common. What compounds things now, is the prices! You pay a lot for what you get and the quality consistently drops over time and then the order is incorrect. There needs to be some quality control if the workers cannot be trusted to make basic orders.

I dont think I’ve ever been to this location and they got my order right and even when you do go in to get the order corrected they still somehow get that wrong and its gotten even worse since they added the ai ordering system in the drive through
