The drinks were delicious and tasty. The Korean BBQ sandwich was well crafted and the sauce was an excellent compliment to the chicken. The pizza was well seasoned with fresh mozzarella. The burrata bolo was undercooked, however the server took it off the bill immediately. I would eat at this restaurant again while visiting Mid-town Harrisburg or staying at the Hilton. The atmosphere is lovely and inviting.

We had been to Ad Lib before and couldn't wait to go back. We love the food, atmosphere, and service here. They do a great job making creative, delicious dishes. We love their small plate appetizers. We usually get 1-2 appetizers in other places, but here, we get 5 or 6 because they're so good. We even ordered a 2nd serving of their brussels sprouts to go home with us. We've tried a few small plates, but our favorites are the Pretzel Monkey Bread, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, and the Roasted Spaghetti Squash with Ricotta. Then the dinner choices come. They have amazing choices. I wanted to try something new, but I Loved the Duck Confit the last time, and I had to get it again. My husband loved the Mac and Cheese. We're 2 for 2 on this place. The service is impeccable. Our server, Andrew, from the last time we were there, remembered us and stopped by the table to say Hi. This time, we had April as our server as she was Amazing as well. Can't wait to go back again!

Due to the blocked streets around the restaurant we were late and had tickets to a 7:30 concert. Told this to our waiter who sped up the kitchen And helped to set up an Uber a block away. Great time and made the concert on time.

2024-02 Wednesday evening 7:30. We had a reservation for the 6 in our group. The table was ready upon arrival, we were seated on the couch tables. Ordered the Not so Old fashioned (photo), it is good but was missing some zest. The jambalaya (photo) is AWESOME. The blending of flavors and texture made for one of the best jambalaya I've tasted in a while. I used the sausage to clean the bowl.Spaghetti squash (photo) arrived cooked properly. The blending is sauce and toppings makes this a good choice. The chili (photo) is served at a good temperature. Nice clean presentation. The taste is smoky, spicy, and delicious. The tavern chips was good, the dip served with it is good but nothing over top.Associate ordered the steak over mashed with green beans. Temp was to be medium. Upon arrival at the table it was medium rare, sent back to cook it another minute and returned medium. He ate the entire thing so I assume it was very good.

I imagine there was not a full staff due to the long wait to order and to receive food. Panini was cold, server said that is how the chef does his paninis ( never heard of a panini press not being hot?) Anyway the server took it back and delivered it after I was finished with my halibut, which was very good. So we didn't get to eat together. We did get a hefty bill for a bad experience. One last note, most of the tables are extremely uncomfortable, your legs don't fit under high-rise tables, and you have to sit on pillows at other tables ( I felt like Edith Ann).

Great dinner. Saw Parkside Harmony at the Forum Auditorium. Then walked to Ad Lib. Great apps. Monkeybread pretzel was outstanding. Waiter was top notch. Great guy. Very attentive. Halibut was absolutely delicious! Sat in front if the kitchen. Highly recommend!

We came at 1 p.m. on a Sunday (pre-symphony) and were planning to eat from the lunch menu but found out that only the brunch menu was available. This was disappointing and hard to figure out because their web site seems to be perpetually under construction. It was not crowded but was very noisy because the acoustic guitar singer had the amplifier turned way up. The waitress was very friendly when she was tableside but disappeared for long stretches, apparently because she was assigned too many tables. Food was good and wine prices were fair, with a good selection of by-the-glass offerings.

Pretty bland experience. I was very excited to try this hotel restaurant based on the reviews, however... My $14 drink was pre-batched. Need I say more? So I decided to not order a meal, but I got the grilled oysters. They were OK. Bartender was dry and not at all interested in the patrons. I have no idea who is impressed with this restaurant, but it's not me..... I'd give 3 stars if the prices were cheaper or if they actually mixed proper cocktails.

Everything was very good except for our waiter Issac. He was trying to hurry us to order upon our 5:45 pm arrival throughout the evening. We had ask for additional drinks and dessert menu. Asked for additional cherry for second drink never came. Brought the bill to the table before it was asked for, offered no coffee, and quickly removed it from the table clearly seeing we were done with drinks. We never saw him again in the restaurant. Time was 8:20. Our assumption he was wanting to end his shift ASAP from the beginning of the evening. Sad as food was excellent.
