Came here tonight and the renovations make the place look better. The staff is very attentive by opening up the doors for everyone, service is great good with everyone there was super nice.I have came to this location many times and I must say, today was probably my best visit. Big Shout out to Jacey as well. She is an amazing server and I hope when I come back, she is there.

We were here on the training day before the grand re-opening. It was wonderful to be your first real customers and help in the training process. Our meals were cooked perfectly. Our server Kaitey did an excellent job and we appreciate the attentiveness of the rest of the staff. keep up with the enthusiasm everyone! We will be visiting again!

I am giving this Applebeeās location 3 stars. The main reason is that the food is not great. My husband and I ordered the buffalo boneless wings as an appetizer. They were okay. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as a second appetizer, which was good. For our entrees, my husband ordered the Spicy Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich and I ordered the Four-Cheese Mac and Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. Both dishes were just okay. I wish I read the reviews first. If so, I would not have ordered the Mac and Cheese or even chose to have dinner at this location. Though the tenders were good, the pasta was very bland. I might as well have just been given a plate of plain pasta. The only saving grace was the desert. My husband ordered the Sizzlinā Caramel Apple Pie which was delicious. Also, our server was pleasant and she checked on us throughout the evening. It is unfortunate because I remember when Applebeeās was a really good franchise, but now it seems that no matter which location you visit the food is subpar. The food at this location does seem like it is not made fresh, but prepared in advance and reheated when customers order their dishes. If this is the case, the management needs a new process.

Went to eat with family for easter. A waitress walked by and spilt food on one of us. She never came back to apologize. The food was very bland and some came out cold. The chicken fingers were so over cooked that you couldn't chew them. I have been wondering why so many applebees are disappearing and I got my answer. The waitress was not attentive and alot of us were out of drinks and I couldn't flag her down for refills. When you pay almost $4 for a soda it is a waist.

It's about a month late, but a huge thank you to Sanai for making my birthday dinner great! There weren't many places open after 10 p.m. that day, and by the time we finished eating, it was a bit past closing time. I usually donāt like being anywhere near closing, but Sanai made sure we never felt like we were a bother. She was super friendly, accommodating, and had the perfect timing when checking in with us. Iām really grateful we had her as our server that day. She definitely deserves some recognition for her excellent service!! š
Good good service was ok and it's apple š bees Went last night and it was horrible. They didn't have 1/3 of what was on the menu. Food was not hot and service was slow. No wonder these restaurants are closing.
Was told it would be a 30 minute wait sat there for 45 minutes multiple tables left and they sat no one. The place was half empty and they said they were busy and needed the kitchen to catch up. Poorly managed if they can't keep up with maybe 12 tables occupied

Michelle Harris, the manager on duty gave us horrible service and explanation on why our food was given to the wrong Dasher her answer to me was you have to deal with DoorDash? Unfortunately, the employees are not checking the Dashers to make sure that they are taking the right food because our Dasher was sitting there waiting for half an hour on our food that was given to someone else I will be speaking to corporate

The lady at the hostess station was occupied with her phone and didn't acknowledge our presence. Most of the staff seem disconnected from the job. It was a very miserable atmosphere. The wings were dry, hard, and only slightly warm. The manager asked how everything was, and I said the wings tasted as if they were cooked, left out, and reheated. She said they were made in the morning and then reheated and served. She asked if we wanted them replaced. No, thank you. The waitress was nice. Basically, look at the geographic location before choosing to eat there or not. Poor choice. Won't return.
