Beautiful “Beautiful”
The back line worker with the puffy pony tails light skin was very loud and disrespectful when coming up to ask asking about what extra meat meant when asked to order the steak sub. We were charged an extra $3 by the cashier and she’s asking how much is extra and that seemed like a question for her manager instead of screaming at the cashier and us. She was very rude and ultimately because of her attitude towards us we decided to cancel the order and leave, when I said we’re leaving she shouted GOOD! ever since this place has changed management the customer service is terrible. I am also looking for corporates number because in all the 15 years I was an assistant manager at that specific Arbys there I have never seen anyone in customer service act like that over a simple questions about what extra meat meant. I would like someone to contact me regarding this issue because this is very disturbing.

got an email to try the arbys delivery, free on Monday, thought i would try it since i did not feel well, What a disaster, delivery was quick food was cold, fries were like rubber so that means that were not fresh, had been sitting in the bin awhile ordered a dbl roast beef sandwich got a dbl cheddar, french dip sandwich was not even warm or hot and all the manager at the Union Deposit will do is replace the wrong sandwich until i raised hell then he put on the cold fries, i spent 21.48 any other venue would have replaced the whole dam order, very disappointed in Arbys NO more delivery from there . After i pick up my replacement order i will go to other venues for dinner, NO MORE ARBYS, Oh by the way if you call their customer service, they don't really care either

Currently 11:25 pm. now I get having to have time to close up an all... but to have two employees ignore a customer after watching them pull up with 35 minutes (plus time before writing this post). Id call this lazy. Unprofessional an obviously poor examples of employees. It seems if youre looking for Arbys(already failing franchise) dont come within a hour, I might even say two hours of closing. Giving how the employees seem to be soooo busy 🙄🤣

I didn’t get her name, younger girl, glasses, curly hair, Monday night drive-thru. Anyway, I almost never write reviews, but her cheerful attitude deserves it. She made a recommendation that was by far the best thing I ordered, and she was overly kind and smiling the entire time. I think she would be amazing at what I do, and i should have offered her a job! Great job, keep being you. I had a crummy evening and you being so nice when you didn’t have to made it better!

I ordered a number 14 combo sandwich. No ranch mayo. Instead I got was a sandwich with ranch on it. Mayonnaise packets in the bag and something greasy and slimy on the outside of the bread I ordered crinkle fries. They gave me curly fries. I wanted a diet Coke because I'm diabetic and they gave me a regular Dr. Pepper well this is my first time back to this restaurant since my review they did practically the same thing to me again there was nothing on my sandwich this time I got half curly and half crinkle fries and my Mac and cheese was so dry they actually cracked when I tried to scoop them out of the container they have to be doing this on purpose because there's nobody that incompetent

Chicken sliders and the mozzarella sticks was good. My daughter ordered the beef and cheddar. Sorry to say it wasn't what it was all cracked up to be. The roast beef was kind of gray and the cheese taste like spray cheese from the can. Customer service was good. I'll just go back for chicken and mozzarella.

Spent $60 here and asked for Arbys sauce, didn't get any. When I went in to ask for it the doofus upfront gave me 4 packets after I said I got a big order. Then I asked for more and he said I can only give you 6 packets. That's just messed up 6 of the 9 sandwiches can have sauce. The other 3 cannot.
