Also, the staff was higher than a kite - might have forgotten where they live.

Came downtown to one of my regular establishments to watch the games and have some drinks, and their outdated TV systems are barely working.... These guys bust their butts to serve their guests, and corporate can't help by updating the media platform to offer its guests some entertainment... I recommend it to any future patrons if you're coming here to watch your games, find another establishment to enjoy your games... Corporate, please step up your support for your team and guests...Very sad?

Walked into your restaurant at noon today, hoping to grab a quick bite to eat. Sat at the bar and I was the only one in your restaurant at the start of your lunch shift. I then waited over 8 minutes and was never even acknowledged with a customer greeting. The bar tender did make eye contact and she that I sitting there. Two other wait staff were sitting at the bar at the same time near to me. No acknowledgement from anyone. ?
So I left your restaurant. Not good customer relations from your staff, in my opinion.
I have to assume this Arooga's does not need or want business. Lack of customer acknowledgement appears to be the "rule of order". Last Arooga's visit for me.

I have been here 5 times. Everyone the bar tenders are so rude and don’t give a F. Nobody is here a rush’s the customer and acts like it’s a hassle to take the order. Go to one of the other places nearby

Since the wing event on City Island was sold-out, I went to the local OGs. Knowingly.
We got take out via DoorDash and on the whole the food was good. $14 for ten popcorn chicken pieces that I had to sauce myself being called a boneless wing is freaking robbery.
