Fajita with pork was spot on, my son's burger was cooked perfect with the extra pickles he was asking for, chicken fingers were good and fries were delicious. Our server had a nice smile, thanks for a good lunch.Bathrooms were clean, music is a little loud but my son didn't seem to mind.

Ordered wings for my fiancée and myself. Sat down to eat the wing, and after taking a bite, it was raw. They told me I had to call Uber since they delivered my order. They said uber would resubmit my order but when i called uber they did no such thing Wouldn't order from here again due to being worried it might happen again and I wouldn't get my money back or getting sick.

This Place Has The Worst Bartenders ever!! They are the most rudest people on the planet. Not once but twice I was denied a drink due to them not listening correctly and not even trying to hear what I wanted to say. Last night while I was attending the local bar and grill I asked for a drink and paid with my credit card. On the receipt I added the tip but the ink on the pen was running out so you couldn’t see it unless u really looked and I understand because it’s dark she couldn’t . I tried to explain to her this while ordering another drink that I’ve added a tip on the receipt and to hand me another pen . She denied me , flag me off and told me no because I didn’t leave her a tip. First off I didn’t know that this bar only serves people who leave tips, I already left her a tip but she refused to check the receipt & her attitude made me feel so low I cried because of the embarrassment and I don’t ever want to spend money here again. I will be making it known on my social media where I have millions of views and followers how aweful this place is to get my voice heard. I’m also contacting the Better Business Bureau and report this because this has happen to Multiple people and I’ll be witness it . Something needs to be done and change needs to be made. At least put a sign up that says we won’t serve unless you tip & I need it in cash . I’m not sure of the lady name but I know she’s the oldest bartender and she gets to smart .

Food was not the best. Service reaked of unprofessionalism. Bartender Startaja was very rude to us because she kept giving us the wrong drinks, like it was our fault. Horrible service 10/10 do not recommend. Hired better people.

Stopped in here last month for drinks and a bite to eat before a concert at the Forum. It wasn't busy, maybe 6:00 on a weeknight. Sat at the bar. Service and food were good . We spent about 1 1/2 hours there and would go back next time in town for a show.

The night time male bartender is very disrespectful, because Arooga's used to take Google Pay and Apple Pay.But now the disrespectful night time male bartender is telling me that they don't and was about to kick me out and take my drink away, but I told him quickly that I have a card on hand to pay with, but I accidentally gave him my ID.Right when he was kicking me out I showed him I had my card to pay with, so he let me stay, and on top that because he was so mad from his own mistake he made he said "that this was the only drink he was going to serve me and told me to enjoy it and after that he was kicking me out and that I needed to leave and that I was being barred for the night."Mind you this was my first and only drink of the night, I didn't even drink anything at all as of that moment.This man employed at Arooga's as a bartender is very disrespectful even after I said can I talk to you to smooth everything out, he was still disrespectful.Even though I didn't even do anything in the first place.At the end I don't know what kind of employees they pick to be employed at Arooga's, but for him to treat me a customer the way he did. I really don't think I'm ever coming back ever again to Arooga's.Seriously, because if this is the way they pick what kind of employees they have to treat customers the way they do at Arooga's.I really don't want any part of any of the services provided at Arooga's ever again seriously.Plus I contacted and left messages to his superior and no one has gotten back to me at all as of yet.I'm so disappointed with Arooga's I really thought they were great, but I see now that they really don't care about their customers at all. ?#SMH

This is the third round of ordering items and not actually having the things ordered delivered. Don't order a drink...it won't arrive.If you order the sauce extra options (cheese, Cajun ranch, and beer cheese) with your fries...it wont come. The "veggies" with the wings (celery and carrots) was only 1 carrot stick (for 2 orders of wings)...no celery. Also no blue cheese or ranch...(as ordered).If you are going to charge people for the items...deliver them.Save yourself some time and order from any other place willing to actually get them orders right!
Me and my wife enjoyed our time at aroogas. we had a couple of different apps and liked everything. Cool bar area with plenty of seats. Next time, im in town. I'll make sure I stop by again.

This is a nice bar/restaurant. The food is good. We had a Stromboli, spicy Buffalo chicken sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich and the almost everything wings. And a appetizer of pepper Jack cubes. And 3 drinks Our bill came to 75.00. I would Recommend it if your in the Harrisburg area.
