The only thing that I ever had bad Service with was I tried to order a cap on acid drink. They said that they can only give me the shot which to me does not make any sense. There’s no difference between the two except the size. otherwise, the service was Great

Waited over 2 hours to get our food, and it was not that busy from what I could see. The food was good when it finally came. We got just basic bar food, but it was tasty. Our service was good ,he was attentive, but Holy cow 2 hours for burgers and wings. When we asked why so long we were told it had to be made with love. It's not a very good answer for hungry people who already waited an hour.

There are better options for the price. Stopped in for lunch. They were not busy. We ordered a couple beers that were on special. We didn't specify the size. The bar tender brought the smaller one that was not on special which was smaller and cost more. It's not a big thing but I would hope my server would say, "here, these are on special". 3 beer, 1 sharable, 2 sandwiches with side salads and it was an expensive lunch.

We ordered from Arooga's last night, and this was the "boneless wings" that came as part of their sampler. And we order 2 samplers, both like this. I understand that prices have to go up, and some quality may come down, but this just has me absolutely baffled

Ordered two types of uber eats appetizers. The fried chicken appetizer had like 8 like tiny pieces of chicken. You charge 10 dollars for that I. Tasted horrible wasnt even enough food for a 6 yr old. I wont be ordering or doing your restaurant again.

Since moving to Harrisburg 17 months ago, we have eaten at this Arooga's weekly because we enjoyed their fantastically tasty and nicely portioned fajitas. Alas, our good fortune has run out! Not only has there been a price increase, but the quality of the chicken fajita meat has been greatly reduced. No more long strips of juicy and tender grilled white meat chicken! What now sits on top of the onions and peppers are small piles of what looks like scraps of leftover flavorless boiled chicken. I took a picture of a few of the pieces I had to set aside because they were fatty and slimy and totally untasty looking. What a disappointment at this substandard change! In the past we told many of our friends about how good the fajitas are there, but now feel we may never return again, because the change was that drastic. If I were the waitress, I would have been embarrassed to serve two such disgusting platters of chicken pieces..... I'm only sharing this review because it was such an abrupt and total turnaround from what we had experienced and had been raving to our friends about. It was gross and pathetic and frankly, should be embarrassing to Aroogas. What a shame. Raise the price and lower the standard.... :-(
