I was there that night, and she wasn’t - her husband was. What he apparently relayed to her is completely inaccurate. Although I was sitting across from the bar, he was so loud that everyone heard the conversation whether we wanted to or not. He asked where his food was & the bartender asked him what food as he hadn’t ordered anything to eat. He started waving his phone in her face & told her he had showed her the code #. She explained to him that the code is for rewards & he hadn’t ordered anything so she then asked him what he wanted. (He called Laura & told her she had to order in the app.) He continued to yell at the bartender, causing the entire place to go dead quiet. Customers then started speaking up telling him that’s not how it works. Apparently she was supposed to read his mind as to why he was there (other than drinking multiple beers)??? Laura, before leaving inaccurate reviews, perhaps you should know the entire story first. Shame on you.

It's not that great. Terrible service. Food is usually mediocre and never hot. Pool tables are free but the cute sticks are all broken.

Ordered a basket of wings with the General Tso sauce. Had the fries on the side so they wouldn't be soggy. I was pleased with the quality and flavor. They have a good selection of draft beers, but nothing very hearty for my taste.
Apparently not all that work here know how to redeem rewards points. I placed the order online, my husband gave them the code they needed. Bartender stated after him waiting that it was never validated because he didn’t specify what he wanted even after she told him she got it when he showed her the code. Then abruptly started screaming at him. If this is how you run your establishment and allow your employees to behave there are serious problems. We usually have Bridget and she is amazing. I also work in customer service and am a higher up, I would never allow my staff to treat clientele this way. Shame on you.

The garlic Parm wings had no garlic or Parm but we're just overcooked wings covered in vinegar and very small portions for the price your paying, we went in to pick up our food and couldn't find any staff but we found our food which again was very small in portion.

Great food and atmosphere . The booths are roomy so that is definitely a plus ! The fries are huge 🤤 service was great! The music and TV's are not too loud like most places .
