I am a former employee. I had worked at the bagel shop for several months. I see a lot of complaints regarding workers. Most of the workers are doing their best. Mistakes happen throughout the day. If everything could be perfect that’s would be great but not everything in a day is perfect in any business. Customers should be very more appreciative to the workers. Know the workers are human beings and try to take complaints and reviews into consideration everyday. They read the reviews to make sure they are satisfying the customers. When a customer would walk in people get impatient when there is a long line. Customers get angry when they are out of ingredients but I promise they try their absolute best to make sure every customer is satisfied and if they mess up the order they fix it right away. They show nothing but amazing customer service and they do get busy so maybe they don’t always have time to check the coffee because if it’s not coffee someone complains about it’s the wait or not being waited on. If you ever walk in and don’t see coffee in the front once slide it in the back get the coffee from behind the empty one because they always keep back ups. Then give an employee a friendly reminder to brew coffee. Some workers would be very much happier if you would be appreciative and not cuss at the register and snap at the register when they politely tell you they’re out of something. Should show more appreciation to the workers there. They’re great staff!!!

They burnt my ham, egg, and cheese sandwich so they had to remake it. The staff seemed hectic and they were rude to the customer behind me in line. The sandwich was fine for $5. Bagel was on the edge of stale.

Sometimes it's excellent and sometimes it's just meh. Coffee is O K don't expect anything else. The bagels however are awesome and they have some great flavors of cream cheese that are not the norm. We will alway go back but the owner should think about his staff and trying to keep them happier.
Decent bagel shop. The employees are efficient and friendly. I occasionally stop in for lunch, I have yet to be there for breakfast. They use Boar's Head meats for the sandwiches, which in and of itself is high quality.
