Bagels are delicious. True NY style bagels. I really wish they had a chef on a griddle making proper eggs, but they are still good. Also, I think it’s time to remove the egg upcharge!

I don’t frequent “bagelries,” so I hope this isn’t an industry practice. Charging extra for butter on a $7 bagel sandwich is unconscionable.
Removing a star because the owner apparently things I'm an idiot. The response to this review is more disappointing than the upcharge. A pound of imported Kerry Gold is $6.79 at my local Giant and it's quite unlikely they're paying that much. That's 32 tablespoons of butter. I can't image any more than a single table spoon on a bagel so they're prying at LEAST $16 out of customers hands for each pound. That's a 135% markup. Again, that's a minimum. I might have been able to swallow this charge if it was on a plain bagel, but, again, this was on a $7 sandwich.

Stopped here on a trip from Florida. Everything felt right about this place from the excellent food to the welcoming staff. 10/10 recommend

I have never been here & I had several doctors appointments near by. The bagels are delicious! The flavors are different than many other places. The service was fantastic and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Google suggested - totally worth it. As a granddaughter of a bagel store owner - I would consider myself a bagel connoisseur. I am pleasantly surprised by how delicious these bagels are. They were equally soft and crusty. - You may see me more than once this trip.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a sundried tomato bagel. The egg and bacon looked and tasted like some cheap stuff you would heat up in the microwave. Overall disappointing, but an easy fix, in my opinion
Ordered a month ago. Bagels and 2 cream cheese. Bagels were in bag on counter. Cream cheese still in cold case. Employee handed me my order and thanked me so I left. Cream cheese wasnt in the bag so had to go back for it.
Ordered again today. Said I have my order, was told it isn't ready. 20 minutes later I mentioned it again. Entire order was in cold case this time.
Clearly online orders don't have a set policy of how to handle them. Counter vs cooler vs split etc.
In no scenario should an employee confuse a done order with one not done.
Update: bagel lovers has reached out to me to to correct the situation and make it right. I have updated the review reflect that.

You ever walk in somewhere and feel like you’re being treated with racism and disrespect? Yep, that was this place. I used to like it but this was actually really uncomfortable. Guy behind the cash register was very rude

Was so excited to hear under new ownership. Finally able to order lunch, as they close early. Really disappointed however because I picked up my takeout order only to discover that my tuna melt was ice cold. Not sure if I'll go back
