8/1423 5:45 p.m. I just ordered a single scoop cone of pralines and cream in the drive thru. As the server handed it to me the entire scoop of ice cream crumbled all over me. I don't know if it was old or the server didn't know how to tightly roll a scoop of ice cream but now I'm headed home to change and wash my hands. I usually LOVE Baskin Robbins! :-(

Poorly responsible and were unable to hold up to their job. Had a coupon for an order and they did not offer me all the available options for the coupon and did not show the nutrition facts either. Not spending money there ever again because they are not worth a penny!

Stopped to get ice cream and I was not please at all. Got ice cream cones which was to be one dip the the top of the ice cream was level with the cone. Then I told them I guess I needed 2 dips and I am not sure if it was one dip. $10.58 It was the worse purchased that I have every made in my life. Will not give it a good review and also will pass the word around about Basket-Robins. We will never stop at one again.

It is a very hit or miss experience at this store, with it more than often being a miss. They are more than likely out of items on the regular (twice in one week, days apart, they didn't have the items to make an iced coffee?). They appear to only take one order at a time, and will not take another order until the previous has been completed...which can take several minutes. My longest wait here has been 25 minutes with two cars in front of me! You almost are always waited on a teenager who seems more busy talking to their coworkers than serving you.
I asked a simple question about a cake and the jerk who picked up the phone repeated it back to me like I had just spoken an alien language then gave me an attitude when I told her yes, that is what I asked. Nope, this is not the store for me.

Every time my husband or I go to BR, they are always out of something. Makes no sense, its summer and your store needs to stock on items that are always a high demand.
