Went this morning to dine-in with my family and before getting seated, I saw TWO of the kitchen staff making orders NOT wearing their masks properly. One had it under his nose and one was completely under his chin. During a time where food and health safety is at an all time high, this is what I saw going in and I refused to be seated. If they're not gonna wear masks properly, how is the rest of the staff executing health and safety protocols? Due to this negligence, I will never come back to this location ever again.

We've given Bob Evans another chance due to past experience. Some of us had to wait for our order while the rest of family were half done. No follow-up while eating. Waited 20 minutes after done eating then hunt down waitress to ask for box on leftovers & check. Good thing not using men's toilet cause it was smelly & clogged.Will never return at this location.

The Harrisburg Eisenhower Drive location is a great meeting spot even if just coffee and a slice of apple pie. Food is excellent and the staff is always friendly and courteous.

Out server was tops outro outrageous lovable I think her name was Tasha wonderful server I had the honey butter chicken out of this world it was great great. my husband had the sausage gravy breakfast out of this world highly recommend it

In almost 8 years living in PA never knew how good this place is. My daughter heard from someone about this place and we decided to give it a try. It was awesomely perfect!!! Love it! Their food is so tasteful and good that even my soul felt happy. Jasmine our friendly server was so nice and very attentive. We are are so grateful that we stop by.

Strangely, although it is company policy that I must wear a shirt and shoes to get service, it is not company policy that I must wear a mask to protect the people around me during a pandemic. ??♀️ they’ve lost my business for life.

Been a few months since we been there..sad that their menu has been shortened and my favorite Cobb salad was dropped. ?But our meal was good..I had the turkey meal and my husband chopped beef with mushrooms gravy..we were full.Also bought our favorite colonial dressing for our home salads.

Ordered curbside pickup. The email order confirmation and website both said to call when we arrive they would bring our order to the car. We called 3 times and no answer. My husband went in while O continued to call from the car. The lady at the counter told him he should always just come in after he told that he kept calling. He said the phone was ringing while he was waiting for our order inside. This is horrible service. If you offer curbside pickup then you should answer the phone and take orders to the car. I will never eat here again. I am calling corporate to let them know about this and that the inside is nasty.

Talk about the chicken and waffle dinner was so amazing. Food was fresh and hot. Loved our waiter she was pleasant and on point.
Disappointed! We ordered curbside breakfast including banana bread which is my favorite. We got all the way home and no banana bread. I called them to tell them that and the manager got on the phone and said the girl was positive she put it in my bag!!! Well then what happened to it I’d like to know. She said she would give me ANOTHER one for free if we would go back and pick it to. Another one? I didn’t get the first one! Gee thanks. So we went back, they gave me the bread and sent me on my way without so much as an “I’m sorry” or anything. So now I will not go back to my favorite breakfast spot!

the food is always great. for breakfast I mix it up, and never order the same things in a row. Dinner is usually the slow roasted turkey.

The breakfast is always good no matter where you may be... Today, we had the lunch. Featuring the fried chicken (very good), steak (uh...), chopped sirloin with mushrooms and onions (this was a hamburger patty from the freezer and it gets a NEVER try that again). The salad was good with their onion/celery balsamic type dressing. There was a beef barley soup (good) and a chicken noodle soup made with kluski style noodles (very good). The mashed potatoes and gravy was very good. The green beans were very good. The corn, well it was just canned corn on a plate. I had the Arnold Palmer (tea and lemonade mixed) very good!

Thank you for my free meal on Veterans Day... I truly appreciate the gesture of good will and thanks for us vets... the food was good, the selections were a little limited, and the wait staff was droll... I'll just say that Bob Evans is an old favorite that needs some updating.

Ordered breakfast delivery today 11/23, half of the order was missing, (3 drinks and a mocha). Called and they told me i could come pick it up after I paid for delivery. Took the stuff off the order but driver was still tipped when order was placed so he got tipped expecting a good job on a full order, also the food was undercooked for my roommate so we had to go out and get breakfast anyway
