Waited 15 minutes for someone to greet & seat us (there was no line). No communication, had 2 or 3 different people ask us if someone helped us yet, got our appetizer and drinks, waited about 20 minutes then the waitress gives us our check. So we got our check but no food. Took almost and hour to get our food.

Went here with the family for dinner and there were 2 tables with guests the rest were empty. Waited and after awhile a passing waiter tells us we need to talk to the cashier handling takeout orders. Cashier is busy and keeps taking orders so I ask her nicely if I'm supposed to be talking to her about getting a table and she just says no one knows what is going on and it's a mess. Just take a seat and when someone comes here that can help you I will ask them to help you. She wasn't rude or anything but clearly management was not doing their job. We ended up leaving and going to the red lobster next door which had terrific food and service. I think she saved us a terrible dinner experience.

Very disappointed in the service we received. Especially for a Sunday. We had pretty easy orders for a large party. The restaurant was not busy. We waited a long time between getting drinks, ordering and getting our food. Once our food came the fries were cold and the waiter never returned until we had to ask for the entire party to get refills and our check. This was a treated visit by my sister in law. Had I been paying there would have been no tip whatsoever and I would have asked to speak with a manager. Absolutely unacceptable. We will never revisit this location.

I was waiting for order ...in my table with my family..server keep passing by our table more the 30 minutes and ignoring us...finally I'd decided to ask for our order and the server just Turned out saying sorry...this is not my table...and I did ask her who is our server ?.. and she just walked away to the kitchen....later after 20 min...I was ready to get up and leave...and somebody else came and took the order...the food took 45 min.. to come to our table...I'd order fries and wings...and was ice cold....food....I will not recommend this restaurant...and the manager need to train their staff better...when is about customer services....very bad...I was there exactly in my daughter's birthday day sept. 19th...around 7 pm...because she want eat in this restaurant and was very bad...very disappointed.

Just putting it out there Buffalo wild wings have been messing up lately and I'm pretty sure it's this location but this is just atrocious I ordered from doordash and I just wish the wrap could have been bigger if I'm spending almost $13 on it and the fact that they put such a small order in a big to-go box plus I ordered it with lettuce and tomatoes it came practically with no lettuce but yet tomatoes even though I asked for no tomatoes and another thing to add on is the fries I don't know if it's just me but they taste a bit odd like the potatoes were soaked in water for a week and then fried afterwards I'm surprised the fries haven't got me sick in any way but I'm definitely not ordering from this location again

Stopped in for late dinner with my kid. Was a Thursday night, so 2 for 1 boneless. I ordered 10 and 10 got 7 and 7. My Buffalo wings (which I order every time) were so hot they were not edible. I had to throw out when I got home.Asian zing were not much better, way spicier than normal. Server was nice, but I will definitely think twice before ordering late night again.

Accuracy, Customer Service and Food Quality were all poor. We waited for someone to even acknowlege us upon arrival for over 5 minutes. The "host" was outside with nobody visibly covering inside. And the "host" that showed up didn't even smile at or greet us! Very unfriendly from the first encounter. He seemed like we were bothering him. And why was there no one else paying attention as customers enter the establishment; that is beyond me. Then the staff couldn't find our online order. The "host" engaged someone else to help him find the order. After putzing around all over the place to find our order, I had to finally get them all to regroup and at minimum explain why I'm standing there and no one is telling ME what's going on? When I asked "whats going on?" He had the nerve to retort "I just figured you heard our conversation!" WHAT? Who talks like that to a customer? After I took a deep breath, I very politely and abruptly informed HIM that I was not included in THEIR conversation so why would I be listening to it. 1st time at Buffalo Wild Wings and I would have left had the food not been paid for and I wasn't there with family. They had to remake the unfound order. Totally unmanaged pick-up process. And the unfriendly host: continued to be unfriendly. Why have a "host/greeter/reception person if they're that rude and inhospitable? Nothing about the visit was positive. Nothing.

The wings were delicious and everything was warm and just the right amount of sauce I ordered this the Uber eat so I also give kudos to my driver for getting it to me fast.

My experience was absolutely horrible. This is my first time ever visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings. It took 20 minutes for our food to be ordered and another 30 minutes for it to be delivered. Then when it was delivered, they forgot the food for one of my guests. That took another 10 minutes for delivery, and the chicken fingers weren't even cooked properly. My guest could not even eat the food because she was disgusted by the raw taste. Further, when the food was delivered we weren't even giving utensils to eat it with until we asked for them. The waiter then brought us our bill and after waiting 20 minutes for him to take our credit cards to pay the bill, we had to go to the front desk and ask to pay our bill.I've never seen such poor service at any restaurant I've ever been to. I don't know if I will ever go to another Buffalo Wild Wings, but I definitely will not go to the one at the Colonial Park Mall in Harrisburg.It should be noted that it was not crowded at this location. Only eight tables were being used while I was there with at least five waiters/waitresses on hand.

The food was great, unfortunately the service was terrible. We got there and we were seated to wait 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered so we ordered our food as well. We waited about 20 more minutes for them to bring out 2 of our 3 kids drinks and no one else's. That's when we were told that they had no clean cups and were waiting on the washer, yet they had paper cups which is what they brought out the kids drinks in. We waited about 10 minutes to get the rest of the drinks then another 15 minutes for the food. Once we got our bill and gave our card to pay we had to wait another 15 minutes just to get our card back. Needless to say, I will never eat there again. The food is too over priced to have no service. I highly recommend picking up your order. We got there at 6:45 and didn't get out until 8:20.

The food is fine. Wings didn’t come out with the right sauce, but mistakes happen and the waitress was quick to bring the right order. But even with BOGO 50% off, it’s over $1/wing! And to then charge $1.20 for ranch!?? Absurd!

Worst front desk service ever. The girls working at the front desk on Thursday 6/16 was extremely rude and couldn’t even tell me how long the wait time is for the order. I ordered through door dash to pick up and when it notified that it’s ready to pick up , I went in. She told me order is not ready. After waiting for 10 minutes when I checked with her again, she replies “ I don’t know , it could be 10 minutes, it could be longer, you ordered through door dash , I dint know what to tell you!!’ This is the worst front desk response I have ever encountered. Never coming back here. I hope her manager sees this and addresses with her appropriately.
