Sunday July 27th Management said through drive through that we could not place multiple orders in one vehicle. All I wanted was chicken fries and my dad wanted a number 1 meal. Prior week on Sunday they had no problem giving us two orders in our vehicle paying separately. The man that came up to the window was nice about it but I lost my appetite why would I want to order from a place like that. There is no excuse for that. I've worked fast food with only three people during rush hour there's no need to limit orders like that. Unacceptable.

I made a mobile order for the first time today and wasn’t too sure exactly how the app worked. I went to the drive thru the woman was screaming at me through the speaker. Telling me I don’t have an order and she don’t know what to tell me. I was giving her the name and the order number. She finally finds it and tells me oh well you ordered for inside pick up, next time if you come through the drive through make sure it’s a drive thru order because you’re messing up our time. Just very rude and unprofessional. Wasn’t even a younger woman it was a woman who has to be in her 40’s or up I would assume. She came to the window irritated and very unwelcoming basically threw my food and drink at me and walked away from the window. It’s very disheartening, I made a mistake, it was 7 in the morning but I don’t think I deserved that treatment. God bless them anyhow. But I wouldn’t go here ever again.

Service is always good and relatively fast, but it's sad that I have to get an employee to unlock the bathroom door to use it. Not a place I would visit often.

We came to the auto show. We went to Burger King at 6:30 pm and the doors were closed. All the employees stood at the counter looking at me and my family trying to to get in and they said nothing like a bunch of idiot. There were no signs about the lobby closing early. Horrible experience.

Burger King app stopped working. Still got the same deal despite despite no reimbursement code from corporate. Food was good, place looked clean.
