Drive thru here is always slow. They take forever for anything. If you are a food delivery person you should take your time getting here so the food is ready. I personally get BK a few times a year because the food is ok.

We went in and people were ignoring us, so I guess you're supposed to order with the kiosk.
I feel like we were a burden to the employees and they forgot the chips on my Mexican burger (it's ok people do make mistakes)
But I went to ask for the chips and everyone looked at me and looked away. (I eventually got helped by the only employee that seemed to care)
And I ordered (on the kiosk) for extra sauce and they still skimped a little (I let it go, I'm not a Chad)
I wanna say something good though too! :) The patty and fries tasted great! It was clean there.

This is worst Burger King around I was in the store for a total of 37 mins for a drive thru order. So after 10 mins of sitting of being parked I walked in. I told them my issue that I haven’t received my food they check and didn’t even make the items they told me I was being parked for which I get but then after the pickle fries came out they put them in the bag and handed it to me. I checked the bag and I didn’t get a fry that ordered so I asked for that Then I went back to my car and seen the chicken nuggets I order weren’t in the bag. I was like cool I’ll run in and grab them. They hand a bag of nuggets and I head out of the store. I get down the road and my daughter figured out in a dark car that they were cheesy balls things. So I turn around and head back to the store and asked for a refund. Not a sorry or anything just a here you go. I didn’t lose my temper or put anyone down.
This is going on while there are a room full of supervisors having a meeting behind me. But don’t worry they got their food before I did. At the end of the day this bk always has had issues but this is just a lack of caring. I spent 37 mins at and didn’t even eat anything. I literally gave all the food back and was done with it.

This is the worst administrated Burger King I've gone to. I don't know why I keep trying to see if they improve, because I like BK. So I go sporadically to see if anything is better. It's not. They take a long time to serve. Today is took over 20 minutes in the car service with just 2 cars in front of me. Enero time I've asked for unsweetened iced tea they never have it. So today I asked one of the employees if they ever make it. They don't, even though it keeps being posted at is they do, and it's on Grubhub as an option. I get random drinks from the deliveries instead of the unsweetened iced tea I always ask for. Now I know not to waste my time. One of the workers told me that today they just had a lot of new employees. Well, it seems that's always the case. I heard a loud discussion from inside.

Lazy at its best, went and asked for a lettuce wrapped burger - completely refused it and said they only have shredded lettuce? Never been to a Burger King that served shredded lettuce?? I simple asked for them to put lettuce on the bottom of the burger and on the top? And they refused.... wow

For the first time in a very long time I haven't been to a burger since I moved from Boston to Pennsylvania this burger king is in a quiet area with a nice atmosphere it's a must to visit with the family they also have great deals
